We had a plumber come out from this company as we had a leak in our outside faucet. It was determined that the leak came from inside the crawl space in our basement. The plumber also found that the outlet from our kitchen sink which was located in the crawl space was disconnected and leaking. He was not able to enter the crawl space and said we needed one of the smaller plumbers. He made a call to Don the owner and it was arranged that a plumber would come out Monday or Tuesday the following week. By the end of Tuesday nobody had come. I called Don and he said he had been busy with other jobs and would let me know when he could come. By Friday I had not received a call. I called several times from my cell phone but it always went to voicemail. I decided to call from my landline and Don picked up right away. My landline had not be listed with them. Don said someone would come out next Monday or Tuesday. It is now Friday and noone has ever called or come out. Meanwhile we are having to wash our dishes in the laundry room sink as we cannot use the kitchen sink. Don if you ever read this review it is just not right to never get back to a customer to let them know what is going on and if you didn't want the job then you should have let me know.

We bought a house recently, it is a rehab (no drywalls) We would like to get the house inspected and verify that the plumbing is good before we can send a crew to start working in this house. Please let me know to start

Bill came and fixed 2 of my showers, one of which the hot water was running and the other was leaking. He worked hard to find the leak and replaced my shower head and fixed the valve. He was on time and very professional and friendly! Definitely recommend this company! I will use them for all my plumbing needs!
