Spa amenities were under construction, massages took place in hotel rooms and we were not given access to the empty pool. However, we did get hefty bills and ice cold water. Not exactly a Four Seasons experience. We'll be going elsewhere this year.
- DKDanielle KuehnNov 15, 20225.0I had a couples lomilomi massage with my husband. Our masseuses were Warren and Ariana and I cannot say enough about the whole experience. They were professionals, the techniques and oils used were so nice and unique. It was so wonderful. I had tension dissolve in places I didn’t know I was carrying stress. Warren had done techniques I’d never experienced before and it felt amazing and he and Ariana worked great together in the room. It was my husband’s first massage and he thought it was amazing. I was notified multiple times the women’s steam room was down so it was a pleasant surprise when it was working. Most other amenities were on par with other four seasons spas. Also a huge shout out to how wonderful the spa music was. I’ve been to so many spas that have had terrible music and it makes it tough to relax. I will be back.
