I had to walk up to the staff member there were two was two of them talking story completely oblivious to everybody else around them when I asked for an item they had no idea what I was talking about nor took the time. I had to explain that they sold not too long ago, I had previously bought it when I showed the location. She bypass me and was confused of what she was looking for when I asked about shipment. She had no idea and gave me a loose answer. -100/10. Must be nice to get paid to just talk story with your coworkers and not help your pain consumer.
