  I booked a tattoo appointment for my son as a Christmas gift with Curtis, a tattoo artist whose work he advertises as exceptionally clean and well-crafted. I messaged him, booked, and paid a deposit. However, this turned out to be a terrible experience. I don’t know if the pictures Curtis advertises are his actual work because the tattoo on my son looks completely different. Initially, we were told it would only take one session (we paid in full at this appointment), but it ended up taking three. Curtis’s lack of respect for our time and money spent is truly appalling. I don’t understand why he’s advertising his work when he never communicates with his clients. We live in Waianae, so driving into town takes a while. What was supposed to be my son’s second session, Curtis was already tattooing someone else and told him he had forgotten about their appointment. No communication from Curtis beforehand. The tattoo on my son looks terrible and unfinished. The third time we went, Curtis not only was late, but told us he was going to eat his lunch and had us sitting and waiting for almost an hour and a half. The fourth and final time my son went, Curtis was late again. My husband reached out to Curtis to express our frustration with how the tattoo looks, and his response was simply, “I’ll get back to you.” Since we live on a small island, word spreads quickly, and we’ll definitely tell all our family and friends about Curtis and his poor treatment of customers.

  2019 was my 1st permanent eyeliner appointment & almost 6yrs later, it still looked good. came in 04/11/2025 for a retouch & seeing the final masterpiece...it was amazing. trust, sweat & little baby tears all for beauty 🤍🤍🤍 Thank You to the most down to earth, funny, beautiful & talented BRI for today. She absolutely loves what she does & takes pride in every aspect of her work. I will always recommend her to friends & family for any permanent makeup services.

  Bri I love you!!!! I was originally scheduled to come in for powdered ombré eyebrows and got to the shop early. I had micro needling done earlier that day and Bri had informed me that we would need to reschedule and explained the reasons why. She was SUPER nice and understanding about the whole situation and handled it like such a boss lady. I am so grateful to her for that and not turning me away. When I showed up for my rescheduled appointment, she had her two cute dogs with her that made the shop feel more welcoming and cozy. Bri is such a personable individual. She is absolutely stunning and it’s hard to find someone these days so down to earth and loving at the same time. You can tell that she absolutely loves what she does and takes great pride in it. She is the easiest person to talk to and can make you feel like your best friend!! As for my eyebrows, I am in L O V E with them!!!! I gave her complete creative freedom with my eyebrows and she transformed them beautifully! I cannot wait to go back and see her for a touch up! Thank you so so so much Bri! I will be recommending you to everyone <3
