Logged in online, walked and was not greeted. I sat down a waited a crying kid came in and they logged them in a served the child. Afterwards, however they looked at me and logged me in to wait. The hair cutter knew I was next and served the child instead. Again, I have a kid and it's cool to help the kiddos but two time in a row? Plus she knew I was next but did not acknowledge the fact which to me shows laziness.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
