I came back to get it fixed and got the same person who cut my hair. I explained I was not happy with the cut and to just make it look better. The entire time though she wouldn't accept fault for giving me the wrong haircut and to me made it feel like it was my fault for what I received. It was an extremely uncomfortable experince and embarrassing. Im leaving 2 stars only because the second cut was free of charge but ultimately it wasent what i wanted and the experince was unpleasant. Also she recommended i should have asked for a low fade? and I guess expect a medium fade? I think when someone asks for a medium fade you should get a medium fade
