  I don’t even know where to begin — there are so many wonderful things to say about FINA MedSpa and Dr. Argentina. I truly feel so lucky to have found her. I originally discovered FINA MedSpa while researching Ultherapy Prime, and learned that Dr. Argentina, MD, was one of the few medically trained providers who offered it. From the moment I walked in for my consultation, I could feel her warmth and sincerity. Words honestly don’t do justice to the level of care she gives. You can immediately tell how much she loves her work and how deeply she cares about helping people feel their best. She takes her time with you, explains every procedure thoroughly, and makes sure you understand exactly what to expect — no surprises, just genuine care. I ended up starting my first of three microneedling sessions and have already seen great results. Her technique, her attention to detail, and her calming presence made the entire experience so comfortable. I completely trust Dr. Argentina. She has the purest intentions and treats every patient with kindness, honesty, and heart. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, expertise, compassion, and integrity the way she does. Every visit feels welcoming from the moment you arrive — she always offers drinks or sparkling water, and the whole space has a calm, relaxing vibe. The view while you’re getting treated is unreal and genuinely adds to the experience. I’ve had Ultherapy, Botox, and fillers done with her, and my results have been consistently natural, balanced, and exactly what I wanted. She really listens, focuses on what you need, and creates the best plan to help you look your absolute best. Thanks to her, I actually take photos with no filter now — that’s how confident I feel in the results and I felt so refreshed for my 20-year wedding anniversary.
