  I cannot recommend her enough!! She is seriously AMAZING. So sweet, kind, and incredibly talented. She made me feel so comfortable the entire time and really listened to what I wanted. My lips turned out absolutely perfect natural, balanced, and exactly what I was hoping for. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and her work. If you’re thinking about lip filler, RUN to her. Best experience ever!

  Dr. Argentina is absolutely the best. From the moment you walk in, the office is spotless and the staff is incredibly warm and welcoming, which immediately puts you at ease. Dr. Argentina herself is so sweet, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She truly takes the time to explain everything and makes sure you feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. I have gotten lip filler from her multiple times, and every single time I have walked away genuinely happy with my results. She has an amazing eye, never overdoes it, and really listens to what you want. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and takes so much pride in her work. I would not trust my face to anyone else and highly recommend her!

  I don’t even know where to begin — there are so many wonderful things to say about FINA MedSpa and Dr. Argentina. I truly feel so lucky to have found her. I originally discovered FINA MedSpa while researching Ultherapy Prime, and learned that Dr. Argentina, MD, was one of the few medically trained providers who offered it. From the moment I walked in for my consultation, I could feel her warmth and sincerity. Words honestly don’t do justice to the level of care she gives. You can immediately tell how much she loves her work and how deeply she cares about helping people feel their best. She takes her time with you, explains every procedure thoroughly, and makes sure you understand exactly what to expect — no surprises, just genuine care. I ended up starting my first of three microneedling sessions and have already seen great results. Her technique, her attention to detail, and her calming presence made the entire experience so comfortable. I completely trust Dr. Argentina. She has the purest intentions and treats every patient with kindness, honesty, and heart. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, expertise, compassion, and integrity the way she does.
