We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us:
Our shop is located on a busy high street. Surrounding areas do have cobbled pavements.
Our entrance is step-free.
Our shop has an open layout, however, can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shop is fully wheelchair accessible.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

I then decided I would like some help finding a strong perfume that lasts a while. I approached two people with dark hair, they looked to be manning the bath bomb demonstration stand. One of the girls helped me and was really patient while I tried the perfumes to find one I liked, explaining the difference between the perfumes and the body sprays. She was really lovely and informed me of the recycling scheme. Great experience

Do Lush do vouchers?
We offer gift cards that can be topped up to any amount.
Do you offer Click and Collect?
Yes we do! Order online and select Lush York as your pickup location.
Do you offer refills?
We do not currently offer refills but we do take our plastic packaging back to be recycled in house! You can claim a free fresh face mask in store by bringing back 5 clean, black, Lush pots in to be recycled. Alternatively, you can use each returned pot as a 50p discount against your transaction.
Do you do children's parties?
Yes. They last an hour and a half, cost £25 and include product making and exclusive products as gift bags. Give us a call, drop us an email or pop in store to get booked in!
Do you have a Spa?
You can purchase spa experiences at the York store. Our closest spa is Leeds.
Are your products vegan/vegetarian?
100% of our products are vegetarian. 86% of them are vegan too! And all of our products are never tested on animals.
