We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us: Our shop is located on a busy high street. Surrounding areas do have cobbled pavements. Our entrance is step-free. Our shop has an open layout, however, can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable. Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop. The shop is fully wheelchair accessible. Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop. We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.     I had the pleasure of speaking with Charlie on my visit this weekend. I generally have quite sensitive skin and so went in wanting some advice/recommendations of products for helping with shaving etc and Charlie took the time to walk me around the store (despite it being a busy Sunday), listen to my thoughts and give me advice on some really great products. They were so accommodating, kind and listened to all my before making a few suggestions and helping me to decide on what would work best for my skin. Thankyou so much for being so amazing!! 💝
