Our shop is located on a busy high street.
Our entrance is step-free.
Our space is cosy, and can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop
There is limited turning space near the till area
We don't have a customer accesible toilet.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

Really helpful staff. I Needed advice on products to treat dandruff for children and hair loss for me being perimenopausal. Tansy showcased their shampoo bars and demonstrated how well they lather up. I’m hoping to see some improvement for mine and my children’s hair. Highly recommend their products especially if you need to treat a hair and or skin complaint. Have used lush before which is why it was my first port of call for the issues explained above.

10/10! I love shopping at the Crawley store, the staff are so friendly and give good advice, Saskia helped me choose between some bath bombs and melts and was very helpful :) Everything smells so good here!!

Of course, we understand that we have a lot of products and sometimes it can be a little difficult deciding which ones are the right fit for you.
All of our team are here to answer any questions you might have and are more than happy to give you a consultation.
I would like to return an item, is this possible?
Sure, we know sometimes we change our minds or realise a product isn't right for us after using it.
Just bring your product back to the store and we will do the rest. If you have the receipt then we can offer you a refund, without a receipt we can offer you an exchange.
Do you offer free samples of products?
Trying new products is always fun and sometimes we like to try before we buy, for this reason we are always happy to offer our customers free samples of some of our products.
Our samples are always tailor made to your needs and based on a consultation.
We can sample most of our potted items in store but please be aware that we are unable to offer samples of things like bath bombs.
Do you do corporate gifting?
Yes! If you want to treat your teams to some pampering Lush goodies, gift boxes or even gift cards just contact the store for more details.
