We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us:
Our shop is located on a busy high street.
There is one small step at the entrance, a portable ramp is available on request.
Our space is cosy, and can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shop is partially wheelchair accessible. A portable ramp is available for access to the shop, and there is limited turning space near the till area.
No customer toilet in-store.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

They are such a lovely duo who made my husband and I feel so comfortable. I was after a new scent and Rosie listened to what I liked, then gave me 3 options to choose from. I wasn't rushed; I was given the time to make my choice and I came away with Fresh As, a new smell to me but one I absolutely love. The whole experience was so brilliant that a few minutes after leaving, we went back so my husband could choose a new fragrance too. Thanks both of you for being wonderful and making this experience a good one 🙂

He was super fun, entertaining, enthusiastic, helpful and a natural with the kids. They had so much fun making bath bombs, potions and playing party games. If I could give 10 stars I would! Best birthday party yet. Thanks again Jacob!
