She told me the tint only tints the hair and not the skin but I left with orange tint all over my skin and after some serious scrubbing with products that shouldn’t even go on your skin it still isn’t off. When she showed me my brows I asked her to clean it off of my skin and I could tell she couldn’t get it off. I should have complained there and then and refused to pay but it was so awkward because she was acting like it wasn’t that bad making me feel like I was being fussy in a way. Total waste of £30!

Our personalized Brow Mapping technique helps find where the brow

This process ensures you’re not just getting any ol’ brow shape, you’re
getting the brow shape that’s right for you. Once you've mapped out your
shape, your Brow & Beauty Expert will work with you to achieve that shape
through a service, product, or both.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY UPCOMING BEAUTY SERVICE?
Brow and Lash Tint services: If you have never had dye or tint on your hair,
brows, or lashes, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a
tint service. Just drop by your nearest Benefit to get one, no appointment
required. Say no to self-tanning or spray tanning for 24 hours before and
after your tinting service.
Brow Lamination services: If you have allergies to hair dye or perming
solutions, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a
lamination service. Swing by your local Benefit to get one, no appointment
required. Make sure you haven't had a brow lamination within the 6 weeks
prior to your appointment.

We get it, things happen! We’ll do our best to accommodate. However, if
you’re more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, your spot may be
given to another customer.
