  Chrissie and the team at the lush in Swansea were a great help. The kids loved having some bubble fun while I got to walk around with Chrissie to choose some new bath bombs. She was very knowledgeable.

  Layla was superb from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and organised. When planning our party she interacted perfectly with my daughter making her feel very special! What a lovely experience. Layla is a credit to LUSH!

  My daughter had her 8th birthday party here in the Swansea this morning and it was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The booking process was really easy over email, and responses were always quick and helpful. A special mention has to go to Lily, who ran the party. She was fantastic with the children – so patient, enthusiastic and engaging throughout. All of the girls commented afterwards about how much they liked her. She really went the extra mile to make sure everyone was having fun, checking in regularly and helping anyone who needed it. The party was non-stop fun from beginning to end, and the party bags were brilliant too. I honestly think it was fantastic value for money. All of the staff were lovely, friendly and enthusiastic, but a huge thank you to Lily for helping make my daughter’s birthday so special. Highly recommended!

  I had such a fantastic experience with Tosin at Lush! She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely took the time to listen to my skincare needs and scent preferences. Her product knowledge was amazing, and she carefully recommended products that were perfectly suited to me rather than just suggesting random items. Tosin made the whole experience enjoyable and personalized, helping me discover products I probably wouldn't have picked on my own. Everything smells absolutely incredible, and I was so excited to try everything as soon as I got home. I'm already loving what I purchased and couldn't be happier with the results. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Thank you, Tosin, for making my visit such a great experience.   Caitlin was so helpful and patient last weekend, helping me choose some new perfume (without pressurising). I'm not particularly fond of shopping, but she made it a delightful experience. I think she will go far. And Lushes are luscious of course.
