Our shop is located on a busy high street
Our entrance is step-free
Our shop has an open layout. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shop is fully wheelchair accessible
No customer toilet in-store
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.

We came away with bought products and also testers that I’m sure we’ll love! My son who is 7 enjoyed throughly and Ayla was so sweet to him and let him try creams etc. thank you Ayla :) xx

Lily made me feel like a princess and sat me down for a little demo for a variety of products based on some questions she asked me. Very knowledgable about the products and was so friendly and kind. There was no hard sell at the end and I got some of the products we tried. Have just tried them out and I’m very pleased with my purchases. Will definitely be going again when I need a little treat top up, and I really hope Lily gets some commission for being so lovely and enthusiastic.

Tosin was happy, friendly, and just couldn’t do enough to help! She was kind enough to talk through products with me, ensuring I knew exactly what ingredients would serve the best purpose for my skin, and was even able to recommend new products and provide samples for me to try! She was so kind and amazing, gave me a small hand massage and educated me on how exfoliators work. I am absolutely coming back and leaving with a bag as big as my head full to the brim of the sticky date products. 10/10 experience I will be back

She was so lovely and wanted to know why I was in so I said it's my reward for losing weight and I was going to get a bath bomb. She suggested a few I might like and I ended up getting 5! She was very supportive and said I needed to reward myself more so she offered a little pampering session and I got to try out a few products that were amazing and I never would've tried otherwise. Still got some more lbs to lose so will definitely be back for more rewards. Thank you so much Lowri, you really made a little moment a big celebration and I came out smelling wonderful. I will be back to get some more products (hopefully soon!)
