Our shop is located on a busy high street
Our entrance is step-free
Our shop has an open layout. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shop is fully wheelchair accessible
No customer toilet in-store
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.

I had time to do the hand scrub, wash and moisturise, and what a treat! Also opened the lush app and have started collecting points. Bought my gifts and they were carefully wrapped. We had the shop to ourselves for the party of 12 x 5/6 year olds, the all had a great time and the goodie bags at the end were amazing. Thank you to the party host Ayla, she was amazing with the kids and made sure everyone got evolved. Will definitely be booking again next year!

After telling her about my partners problems with her back, Rowena gave me a couple of excellent recommendations in the CBD magic massage bar and the magnesium and CBD bath bomb. Both of which were incredible for my partner and she found they made a real difference. I am honestly very thankful as I can see a visible difference in my partner and I will definately be using this branch for the future. All of the staff there are really friendly and engaging but I have to say Thank you again Rowena for making such a big difference for my partner. I really appreciate all of your help 😊
