We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us:
Our shop is located on a high street. We have two entrances. Our High Street door has a step up to a double door that opens inwards. If you require step free access our Bell Court entrance is level, with a wheelchair accessible, wide, heavy outward opening door.

Our shop is cosy, and can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shop is wheelchair accessible, however, there is limited turning space in some areas.
No customer toilet in-store.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

From the moment we walked in, Ellen and Keyra greeted us warmly and made us feel instantly welcome. They took the time to help us find exactly what we needed and beautifully explained all the products to us. As a lovely bonus, they offered us a hand massage so we could test a few items. They were incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive throughout our entire visit. It is clear that the team here genuinely cares about their customers. I would highly recommend visiting this store!

- LCLouisa ColesMay 5, 20265.0Came to Stratford 25th for shakespears birthday and came into lush, I want to shout out to the lady behind the till who is expecting, She was really helpful with a mom and her son who were buying a gift for a teacher and empathetic when the mom then became very overwhelmed not being able to get internet connection to pay. The manager kept reassuring the mom to not worry as she became flustered to pay quickly, especially as the shop was full and the manager was on her own. Nice to know customers experience is highest concern rather than rushing for money in the til.

It’s always such an enjoyable experience and I’m so grateful for every one of them. On my most recent trip, I was trying to find something to help clear the pores around my T-zone and Ellen was honestly amazing. She sat down with me, showed me the products she recommended and took the time to properly help me figure out what would work best for my skin. Not only did she make the whole experience feel so personal and lovely, but the products she recommended have worked better than anything I’ve used before! Do you offer Gift Wrapping?
We have lots of different options if you're after a gift wrapped present! Our gift sets come beautifully wrapped already, or you can create your own bespoke gift with one of our knot wraps. Inspired by the Japanese Furoshiki technique of gift wrapping, these fabric wraps are a sustainable alternative to wrapping paper. For smaller products, we also have the option of handmade lokta paper, made from regenerative fibre.

Everyone's favourite seasonal scent Snow Fairy is a Winter season limited edition. Snow Fairy only flies into our stores for the holiday season so check back between the end of September til end of December to stock up!
