We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us:
Our shop is located on a high street. We have two entrances. Our High Street door has a step up to a double door that opens inwards. If you require step free access our Bell Court entrance is level, with a wheelchair accessible, wide, heavy outward opening door.

Our shop is cosy, and can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shop is wheelchair accessible, however, there is limited turning space in some areas.
No customer toilet in-store.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

My daughter had a snow fairy hand wash experience which she loved as it was super sensory. Really appreciated Zoe's kind and postitive attitude as sometimes with neurodiverse children shopping can be a challenge but this was the best experience we ever had. Zoe answered all my daughter's questions about lush and we also learned about the safer socials campaign. Amazing experience & will definitely back to this store again.

She noticed a sign saying “free skincare consultation” and of course she had to ask about it. The very helpful Zoe sat her down and started asking need to know questions. Zoe worked like a wizard explaining all the products and how they work. For someone like my mum who doesn’t know much about skincare she was very excited and learned lots of knew things today. She is very happy with her purchases and has already used them all since being back home. Big thank you to tyla at the end (sorry if not spelt correctly) such good customer service skills from the pair!! Thank you and stay sparkly!!

Erin/ Ellen I can’t remember her name (sorry) but she was the best party host even when the girls weren’t listening she did amazing. The children absolutely loved it and she made it so fun for them so thankyou very much. Every single member of staff in the store were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. What a fab time we had !! Big praises to our party host ✨✨

Yes! It's £25pp for a 1hour 30min Lush Party! All our guests will become compounders and make their own Product to take home with them, as well as receive an exclusive party favour. Do you offer Gift Wrapping?
We have lots of different options if you're after a gift wrapped present! Our gift sets come beautifully wrapped already, or you can create your own bespoke gift with one of our knot wraps. Inspired by the Japanese Furoshiki technique of gift wrapping, these fabric wraps are a sustainable alternative to wrapping paper. For smaller products, we also have the option of handmade lokta paper, made from regenerative fibre.

Everyone's favourite seasonal scent Snow Fairy is a Winter season limited edition. Snow Fairy only flies into our stores for the holiday season so check back between the end of September til end of December to stock up!
