  Jack was absolutely lovely and helped my girlfriend and I decide on which hair products to pick (which were fantastic) as well as a bath bomb which we thoroughly enjoyed. He was also really helpful in describing the merits of working at Lush, and my girlfriend is now going through the application process thanks to him. Thanks Jack!

  Jack was absolutely brilliant! Definitely an asset to your team, attentive, excellent customer service with a warm friendly welcome. He recommended the milk gift set from the store as we walked past the lush stand outside and it was lovely to sample some products as I absolutely love Lush! I went in yesterday and purchased 3 bash bombs, It was very very busy in the shop. The girl on the till didn’t get her name was very friendly and she recommended spa locations which was very helpful. I definitely miss the blueberry bathbomb from decades ago! Please bring it back

  I spent a lovely afternoon with Lucas yesterday at the Trafford Centre. I had recently had an extreme allergic reaction to a different (high end) brand of cleanser, which needed steroids to treat and I was really worried about starting a new skincare routine and how to go about it. Lucas taught me about the different levels of skin hydration and after a consultation about my skin type we tried a whole selection of different products on my hands and worked out a whole new skincare routine together comparing how each hand felt after each product. There were so many beautiful things to try and i came away feeling so special and uplifted. Lucas carefully wrote down how to use the products and the order in which we decided to use them. It was a lovely afternoon and i came away with a couple of samples of other products to try too. We even chatted about the different Lush spa treatments too. It was a lovely way to spend my birthday. Thank you Lucas. X

  Chloe was incredible. She interacted with my 6 year old son incredibly, explaining different items, showing him different products and explaining how they all work. She showed him the packaging that melts away and the big seasonal jelly’s they get in too. It ended with a random act of kindness gifting him a bath bomb! It made his day, the staff are clearly trained amazingly and she was so knowledgable
