  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We visited Lush at the Trafford Centre today and had an amazing experience thanks to Iftakhar! He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand our needs and helped us choose the best products for our skin. His recommendations were spot on, and he made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers and making sure they find exactly what they need. Iftakhar went above and beyond, and his customer service was outstanding! A huge thank you to Iftakhar from all 3 sisters for making our visit so special. Lush is lucky to have such a fantastic team member! We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend! 🌟🛍️

  We just walked into the Lush store at the Trafford Centre just to look around. All the staff were very helpful, specially Devanshi, and we ended up buying a body shower product. Devanshi helped us choose and was wonderful! The whole team at the store was very professional, including the supervisor. Great teamwork in such a busy environment—well done everyone!

  I don’t event know where to start Jamie and Aman were amazing Nothing could describe how amazing I felt seen and taken care off. I went complete overwhelmed with what to shop for or use and I was made comfortable and spoken to about the product without being pushed into buying what I didn’t need. Jamie knew so much about the product and was so confident when explaining it. It took the pressure of me. There is nothing more to say than the service I received in Lush Manchester Trafford Centre Store but Jamie and Aman was beyond EXCEPTIONAL 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽 Thank you both so much for being AMAZING and your recommendations were on point NOW i smell like gourmand and I LOVE IT 🥰

  I’m a carer and brought my paediatric complex disabled client into Lush to try different products and provide a sensory experience for her. Maddie was so kind and patient and gave her loads of different experiences. My client had so much fun having lots of demos done for her and Maddie even gave her a free bath bomb before we left. 10/10 experience and will bring her back sometime soon.

  I wanted to take a moment to share what an incredible experience my niece and I had visiting Lush today. It was her very first time visiting a Lush store, and the customer service we received was honestly unbelievable. I really can’t put into words how lovely the experience was. When we first walked in, a lovely member of staff spent time with my niece at the door, showing her what was inside the Hello Kitty bath bomb and even letting her put her hands in the water. It was such a lovely way to make her feel welcome and excited about her first visit. We then had a question about one of the products and approached another member of staff, Aman. She was one of the kindest and most helpful people we have ever met. She spent so much time talking to us about the benefits of the products and made my niece feel so special by giving her a beautiful hand massage. My niece absolutely loved Aman and hasn’t stopped talking about her since we left! Her hands and skin were left feeling amazing, but more importantly, she left feeling really happy and cared for. It was also so lovely to hear Aman talk about how much she genuinely loves her job her passion and kindness really shone through. We will certainly be coming back to purchase some of the amazing products, but I especially wanted to make sure Aman gets the recognition she deserves. I really hope this message reaches her. Lush are incredibly lucky to have someone as kind, caring and passionate as Aman representing the company. Thank you to everyone who made my niece’s first Lush experience so special. It is an experience she clearly won’t forget!
