- JJJess JordanOct 7, 20265.0Today at the Lakeside store I had a lovely experience with Nav, who was really knowledgeable and helpful. When I told her I was looking for products to help with my skin concerns she was more than happy to talk me through the best products for my skin, let me test some items, and provided me with a few samples to try at home. Nav was kind enough to give me a product for free with my purchase as a random act of kindness, which was a total surprise and really made my day. Thank you Nav - I will pay your kindness forward!

- GOGeorgina OsmanAug 30, 20265.0We had such a wonderful experience at Lush and I just had to leave a review for the incredible customer service we received! A special mention has to go to Gabe and Nicole, who were both absolutely amazing! I took my two children in who both have additional needs and Gabe was absolutely incredible with them. He was so kind, patient and engaging and made the whole experience so much fun for them. It was lovely to see how naturally he interacted with the children and made them feel comfortable and included. Even after we had finished our shopping my children wanted to go back and see Gabe. That really shows the lasting impression he made on them and how happy and comfortable he made them feel. Nicole was also incredibly helpful and informative. She took the time to tell us about an SEN event that my two children would thoroughly enjoy which was such a thoughtful gesture and really appreciated. We will definitely be booking that! The products are of course incredible but the staff truly made our visit extra special. We loved the entire experience from browsing the wonderful products to purchasing our items. Fantastic customer service from start to finish! A big thank you to Gabe and Nicole for making our visit such an enjoyable one. You made two children extremely happy and have honestly left a lasting impression on them. 10/10! We can’t wait to come back! ❤️
