  Nicole at Lush Lakeside was absolutely amazing. She was so friendly, welcoming and helpful, and took the time to give me some great advice on products for my damaged hair. What really stood out was how genuinely lovely she was. She never made me feel rushed and was more than happy to answer my questions and help me find the right products. Her kindness and positive attitude genuinely made my day. Customer service like this is rare, and it’s the reason I’ll keep coming back. Nicole is a real credit to the store!!

  Yesterday , me and my boyfriend visited Lakeside for the first time. I offered my boyfriend to go inside lush and test out their bath bombs as I’ve seen and heard a lot of positive comments about this shop. As we was looking and testing out their products, we came across one of the employees , Nicole, she was so amazing and pacient with us and even gave my boyfriend his first bath bomb experiment which he enjoyed a lot. Nicole also offered us 2 hand cream samples that she suggested were the best and she did not disappoint. The whole experience was amazing but Nicole made it even better for us. We will definitely be coming back!

  I had a wonderful experience today with your employee Esther! she went through a skincare consultation with me, you could tell she really understood the products and what they were used for and knew how to guide me with them!! she was extremely kind and helpful, even providing small samples for me to try😊 Her customer service was amazing and glad i got to speak to her🙌🏻

  Popped in with my kids and their friends and did a mini workshop with Nav. Nav is great, very welcoming, friendly, knowledgable and great with the kids. She also let us know about the app and parties available there. Quote from one of the kids “This has been a joy to our day!”. However I would like to say that every visit to this lush store is a pleasure. Great customer service across the board and every staff member has extensive knowledge of the products. And you always know that you’re buying good quality products which I particularly appreciate as a mum of a child with eczema! Will continue to return again and again!
