  I visited lush yesterday afternoon after recently being diagnosed with eczema, my colleagues told me that lush do a cream that is great for eczema so I thought I would try it, when I went in I was immediately greeted by one of the lovely staff members, unfortunately I didn't catch her name but she was short with blonde hair I believe, and I asked her what the cream for eczema was. She was so helpful and so friendly, I feel so ashamed about having my arms out since having eczema but she made me feel so comfortable and said she has eczema too! She led me to the right products that she uses and also gave me a sample of the dream cream that everyone talks about online for eczema, I walked out with a lovely body soap and a toner spray and felt so confident in my purchase, I didn't feel pressured once, she even tested the products on my skin for me to show that I wouldn't have any reaction which I so highly appreciated. She is an excellent staff member and I would strongly advise anyone to visit this store, everyone was friendly and helpful, even the staff at the till and at the door, everyone was so kind and helpful. Also nice to see the signs around the store about Lush's beliefs, I felt so comfortable shopping in this store and I will be back! Thank you Lush Lakeside :) 💕

  My daughter had her 8th birthday party at Lush Lakeside today, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better host than Nav! 💕 Nav was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was bubbly, fun, energetic and made the whole party so enjoyable for all the girls. She organised a great range of interactive, creative and fun activities, which the girls absolutely loved. They even got to take home some lovely things they had made themselves, which was a lovely touch. 🥰 Nav was also incredibly patient and made sure everyone was included and involved throughout. My daughter had the best time and rated her party 10/10, which says it all! 🎉 I’d also like to mention all the other staff in the shop, who were so lovely, friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much to Nav and the whole team for making my daughter’s 8th birthday so special. We would highly recommend Lush Lakeside for a birthday party! 💗😊

  Aaliyah was absolute a star with her customer service, we wanted to get a bath bomb for my daughter’s birthday and she took special care to make sure we selected the right items to buy. She used her random act of kindness for us and we would definitely return to her!! Thank you Aaliyah for making my daughters day special

  We had such a wonderful experience at Lush thanks to Nav. She was incredibly kind, warm and attentive to my 4-year-old daughter. From the moment we arrived, she proactively engaged with her, played with Play-Doh, let her choose a bath bomb to try, and made the whole visit feel really special. Nav had such a natural way with children—she had my daughter giggling and smiling throughout, and made her feel included and excited. It's not always easy shopping with a young child, but Nav turned it into a genuinely enjoyable experience for all of us. Thank you, Nav, for going above and beyond. We left with lovely products and even better memories. We'll definitely be back!

  We had the “fill your cup” experience booked. We got the wrong date but the staff were so friendly and accommodating they did our treatment there and then! Lucy talked us through the massage bars, while giving a lovely hand/arm massage. Followed by ingredients and benefits of other products we enquired about. A very relaxing fun and enjoyable experience for two stressed LSAs. Left with our bars, a sample and some lovely products. Thank you Lucy at Lush Lakeside😁
