Maisie was so friendly and welcoming, and she took the time to explain the products to us and answer any questions we had. - EGEmma Gibbons3 days ago4.0Todays workshop with Courtney was fun and relaxing, We both enjoyed it..but we felt a bit rushed we made our bath bombs then some facemasks were applied but they then were washed off about 2 minutes later which was odd? we bought a few items after & was happy to be given a couple of samples aswell we will definately use lush again as we both love it there

The way she engaged with not only me but also my daughter was exceptional. Showing us multiple different products taking the time to walk round with my daughter and explain different things she looked at. And even let us try some different bits. I have always had such a good experience in this shop all the staff have always been so lovely.
- EEEVAug 5, 20265.0i’ve been served by harvey quite a few times now and they are always excellent with how they recommend items to me. They are never too pushy and always cater items directly to me without making me feel like i have to buy the products. I also enjoy a chat with harvey when i come in as they are always incredibly welcoming :)
