- LNLauren NewmanMar 1, 20225.0Visited Melissa today at the Benefit counter in Boots at Kew Retail park for a brow wax and shape and eyebrow tint. Melissa was lovely… professional, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. This was my first time having any benefit treatment and first for having an eyebrow tint she talked through what I wanted and went through some different options with me. We decided to go very natural on the tint front and use a colour that was the closest match to my eyebrow hairs to give it a fuller look and I was very happy with the outcome, it just gave them a bit of life and not too much of a ‘tinted’look. The eye wax treatment was great too and exactly what I wanted. Showed my mum who I had taken out shopping and she liked them so much she wanted hers done. After finishing Chemo she found her brows didn’t grow back as before and they are so light you can’t really see them. Melissa was available to do them straight away and gave mum a subtle tint that worked brilliantly on her, she is so happy and it’s given her that little bit of confidence that she’s been missing. Tbh the brow wax is quite a bit more money than I would normally pay however, I do not resent this at all as the service was great and not rushed. We will be back. Oh and we got a little goody bag with brow samples to take home with us to try that were very much appreciated by us both! Thank you 😁😁

Our personalized Brow Mapping technique helps find where the brow
should start, arch, and end, and spots any hairs that need to be removed.
This process ensures you’re not just getting any ol’ brow shape, you’re
getting the brow shape that’s right for you. Once you've mapped out your
shape, your Brow & Beauty Expert will work with you to achieve that shape
through a service, product, or both.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY UPCOMING BEAUTY SERVICE?
Brow and Lash Tint services: If you have never had dye or tint on your hair,
brows, or lashes, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a
tint service. Just drop by your nearest Benefit to get one, no appointment
required. Say no to self-tanning or spray tanning for 24 hours before and
after your tinting service.
Brow Lamination services: If you have allergies to hair dye or perming
solutions, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a
lamination service. Swing by your local Benefit to get one, no appointment
required. Make sure you haven't had a brow lamination within the 6 weeks
prior to your appointment.

We get it, things happen! We’ll do our best to accommodate. However, if
you’re more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, your spot may be
given to another customer.
