We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us:
Our shop is located on a high street.
Our entrance is step-free.
Our space is cosy, and can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
Yes, however, there is limited turning space.
No customer toilet in-store.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

I bought a mascara and tried a couple of other products which she gave me samples of. Will definitely be back as the Lesley also told me about company background and that the products are all produced in the uk. A generally lovely shopping experience!

Do you offer gift wrapping?
We have lots of different options if you're after a gift wrapped present! Our gift sets come beautifully wrapped already, or you can create your own bespoke gift with one of our knot wraps. Inspired by the Japanese Furoshiki technique of gift wrapping, these fabric wraps are a sustainable alternative to wrapping paper. For smaller products, we also have the option of handmade lokta paper, made from regenerative fibre.
When is Snow Fairy coming back?
Everyone's favourite Christmas shower gel is a seasonal product, so Snow Fairy only flies into our stores for the holiday season. Check back towards the end of September to stock up!
