We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us:
Our shop is located on a high street.
Our entrance is step-free.
Our space is cosy, and can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
Yes, however, there is limited turning space.
No customer toilet in-store.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

Lesley and Rhiannon who ran it for us were amazing. Games, fun and lots of creativity kept everyone smelling sweet and laughing. Lovely party bag for the birthday girl and her friends too. I would honestly recommend them for anyone considering an interesting and fairly unique party for their daughter (or possibly son if he’s into bathbombs!!)

Inspired by the Japanese Furoshiki technique of gift wrapping, these fabric wraps are a sustainable alternative to wrapping paper. For smaller products, we also have the option of handmade lokta paper, made from regenerative fibre.
