- JHJenny HallApr 30, 20261.0Awful. Just came from getting my brows butchered. First of all, took off my foundation in attempt to sell theirs without asking. Then aggressively put the wax on my face, it was lukewarm felt like cement being pushed and prodded on my face, holding my head like a vice. She didn't check if the tint was dark enough. Didn't fill them in. Didn't cover the redness with concealer. By then end half my make up came off and came out red as a tomato.So embarrassed and beyond disappointed. Got home, a chunk has been waxed off and they're uneven. I can be understanding when it comes to new hires but not to this extent. Ive been to benefit so many times and expect better than this. Please do better and respect your customers.

The consultant was amazing (Alexandra) she gave me lots of tips and hints on how to maintain my brows she also gave me a mini makeover and was very knowledgeable on the products she used.

Our personalized Brow Mapping technique helps find where the brow

getting the brow shape that’s right for you. Once you've mapped out your
shape, your Brow & Beauty Expert will work with you to achieve that shape
through a service, product, or both.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY UPCOMING BEAUTY SERVICE?
Brow and Lash Tint services: If you have never had dye or tint on your hair,
brows, or lashes, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a
tint service. Just drop by your nearest Benefit to get one, no appointment
required. Say no to self-tanning or spray tanning for 24 hours before and
after your tinting service.
Brow Lamination services: If you have allergies to hair dye or perming
solutions, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a
lamination service. Swing by your local Benefit to get one, no appointment
required. Make sure you haven't had a brow lamination within the 6 weeks
prior to your appointment.

I’M RUNNING LATE. WHAT’S YOUR LATE POLICY?
We get it, things happen! We’ll do our best to accommodate. However, if
you’re more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, your spot may be
given to another customer.
