Welcome to your local Lush store. From bath bombs and shower gels to hair and skincare we have something for everyone's cosmetic needs. Our products are made by hand in Poole, Dorset and the freshest cosmetics available on the high street.
Our store has double doors which opens outwards. Our store is on one flat level and brightly lit. The inside of the store has wooden units lining each side of the wall and there are waist height product display units running through the centre of the store with clutter-free pathways either side. The till is located at the rear of the store. If the till point is too high please ask a member of the team as we can still provide a floating till at an easier access location.

Came here today for a party and it was hosted by Banan. She was fantastic! Helpful, enthusiastic and very good with a group of excited eight year olds. Couldn’t ask for more!

Staff were friendly and great. Helped me get the stuff I needed and gave good samples. Only downside is I wish they sold bigger products of some items. I'll have to order them online unfortunately.

I don't have a Lush where I live. So I always make a pilgrimage to Lush in Solihull. I popped in there today for a little treat and I had the pleasure of being greeted by Yasmin and Michael. What wonderful staff, full of knowledge of not only the current products but also those from oh so many years ago that have now been discontinued they were happy and friendly and we're extremely helpful.
I love this shop and the staff are happy to go above and beyond 💜

How do you use Lush henna?
1. Break up your brick and gradually stir in freshly boiled water until you reach the consistency of melted chocolate (that’s about 720ml of water per brick).
2. If you want to be less messy, add Ultrabland or Ultraplant to your hairline and around the ears, wear old clothes and protect your surroundings with newspaper. We also recommend that you wear gloves.
3. Once your henna mixture has cooled and is at a comfortable
temperature, you may begin to apply. Ensure the hair is dry and free of any tangles. Apply to the roots of the hair first, working from the nape of the neck upwards, followed by the sides. Use a tint brush for extra precision.
4. Smooth abundantly through the lengths and ends of the hair and pile on top of the head.
5. Cover with a shower cap for a warmer colour result, leaving on for up to two hours.
To remove, add a little water to your hair and focus on circular movements round the hairline to initially lift the henna from the skin and hair. Follow this up by rinsing, co-washing, shampooing and conditioning. Want to enhance your colour with another henna application? You can, just as soon as your hair is dry.
Do you have Snow Fairy in stock?
We only stock Snow Fairy as part of the Winter/Christmas collection. If it is released as part of the Winter collection it will be instore from late September until Christmas.
How do you use a bubble bar?
We have 2 types of bubble bar and both are simple to use.
For our classic bubble bar: You break a piece off and crumble under the running tap. Save the remaining piece for next time!
For reusable bubble bars: You hold the full bar under the running tap until you have the desired amount. Allow the bubble bar to rest and dry ready for use next time!
Do you do samples?
We sure do!
We give samples with consultations and if you are after a specific thing to try (eg. Henna).
There are certain products we are unable to sample, like Shampoo bars, however there are testers you can try instore.
If you need a sample, all you have to do is ask.
Are you dog/pet friendly?
YES! ALL ARE WELCOME. ALWAYS! We love seeing all your gorgeous pets! We have a bowl of water outside and dog treats available (if they are allowed).
Are Bath Bombs safe for children?
Yes, as long as they are over 6 months old and have no outstanding skin sensitivities/allergies. There are some we would recommend more for young children/first time users. So please ask a member of the team to show you our current selection.
