Our store has an open doorway, providing a large open space to access the store through. The shop’s entrance has a slight incline up into the store. If you require further assistance entering the store, give us a call on 0191 567 4389 where one of our staff members will be happy to help you.
Our store is on one flat level and brightly lit throughout. The inside of the store has wooden units lining the surrounding walls of the shop with shelving above some of them and there are 2 waist height tables too: 1 running through the centre towards the front of the store, and another running width ways across the back of the store. All units/tables have wide, clutterfree pathways surrounding them. The till is easily accessible from all areas of the store and is located at the front of the shop on a side wall.

Overall such a positive experience. Thanks again Nadiya and Liv. Ps the bath bombs that I picked up where, vanilla fountain, magik mushroom, cold.

She demonstrated a few skincare products on my hand a couple of months ago and now I couldn't be without the honey, beeswax and almond oil cleanser paired with angels on bare skin, it's made such a difference to my temperamental skin! I've also had lovely comments on my scent all day since popping in store earlier and trying the super milk spray she recommended. The whole team are lush in the Sunderland store, thank you for your help and I'll definitely be back soon for a bottle of super milk body spray :)

She helped us choose the right ones for our needs and made us feel relaxed and welcomed. It isn't always easy shopping with kids but Tia really helped ease our worries! My son got the Yoshi egg and found the magic coin inside! My daughter loves the princess body butter. The bright and beautiful exfoliator is gorgeous and has left my skin feeling soft and smooth. We will definitely be back again.

From the moment we arrived Liv was so enthusiastic and welcoming she did a session with him for an hour filled with bath bomb making and games. She made him feel so special and gave him such a wonderful time we will definitely be booking more sessions soon and back to buy more shower jelly as thanks to Liv this is now his new obsession 🤣🥰
