Our store has an open doorway, providing a large open space to access the store through. The shop’s entrance has a slight incline up into the store. If you require further assistance entering the store, give us a call on 0191 567 4389 where one of our staff members will be happy to help you.
Our store is on one flat level and brightly lit throughout. The inside of the store has wooden units lining the surrounding walls of the shop with shelving above some of them and there are 2 waist height tables too: 1 running through the centre towards the front of the store, and another running width ways across the back of the store. All units/tables have wide, clutterfree pathways surrounding them. The till is easily accessible from all areas of the store and is located at the front of the shop on a side wall.

No rushing, no pushy sales talk, just a really lovely service (absolutely with a smile !) Rachel has fantastic customer service and in a world where people seem to find it all to easy to complain......sometimes its just nice to be able to acknowledge and say thank you to lovely staff 😊

The staff member who ran the workshop was very engaging and made the whole experience really fun for all the kids involved. They made sure all the kids were aware of the safety rules and my daughter left the experience with a big smile on her face :)

Overall such a positive experience. Thanks again Nadiya and Liv. Ps the bath bombs that I picked up where, vanilla fountain, magik mushroom, cold.
- VPV PMay 5, 20265.0I've been in store a few times recently and been served by Rachel. She is absolutely lovely and as helpful as can be. She demonstrated a few skincare products on my hand a couple of months ago and now I couldn't be without the honey, beeswax and almond oil cleanser paired with angels on bare skin, it's made such a difference to my temperamental skin! I've also had lovely comments on my scent all day since popping in store earlier and trying the super milk spray she recommended. The whole team are lush in the Sunderland store, thank you for your help and I'll definitely be back soon for a bottle of super milk body spray :)
