We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us:
Our shop is located on a high street.
Our entrance is step-free.
Our space is cosy, and can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
We are wheelchair accessible, however you may find there to be limited turning space.
There is no customer toilet in-store.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

I also came away with samples that smell absolutely amazing and, work just as Malavika described! I'm super happy with how my hair has come out, so thankyou Malavika for your patience and advice :D

Yes, you can buy spa vouchers here. We can also help you find the right treatment for you, and talk you though how and where to book in.
What are your gift options?
We offer a mixture of gift options in store. Choose from our eco friendly pre- packaged gifts, or if you'd rather, make your own! We offer a variety of reusable knotwrap scarves, tins, and boxes to fill with the perfect products.
If considering corporate gifting, please contact us directly and we can talk through our options.
Do you take back your plastic?
Yes, please bring back your LUSH plastic! We return all of our in house plastic to be reused at our factory.
Each full sized piece can be redeemed for 50p off an in store transaction. Sample pots can be redeemed for 5p.
5 full sized pieces may redeemed for a free fresh face mask!
Do you do NHS/ Student discount?
Due to our commitment to our ethical buying policy and living wage scheme, we are unable to offer these discounts. We do however offer a discount scheme for returned plastic!
