  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot praise Liberty at Lush Meadowhall enough! I’ve recently been organising a workshop for my daughter and her friends, and Liberty and the team have gone above and beyond to make it possible. Despite only having four spaces available, she has kindly arranged for seven children to attend. Her kindness, flexibility and willingness to help have been absolutely amazing. Nothing has been too much trouble, and she has genuinely made what could have been a stressful experience so easy. It’s not often you come across someone who goes that extra mile, and I really hope Liberty gets the recognition she deserves. An absolute credit to Lush Meadowhall! Thank you so much, Liberty, for helping make my daughter’s birthday extra special. ❤️

  I had a really lovely experience at the shop. I was looking for some facial products as well as a cream for my under-eye dark circles, and Carolyn was incredibly helpful. She took the time to understand my skin and kindly tried a few of the products on my skin so we could see which ones suited me best. I really appreciated her patience, knowledge, and personalised recommendations. She was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience so much easier. Thank you, Carolyn, for your excellent customer service and for taking the time to help me find products that were suitable for my skin. I really appreciate it and would definitely recommend her service!

  I had such a lovely experience at Lush thanks to Harry! He was incredibly helpful, friendly and genuinely knowledgeable about the shampoo bars. He took the time to explain the different options and helped me find ones that suited what I was looking for without making me feel pressured at all. I ended up buying two, New and Seanik, and I’m so excited to try them! Harry’s knowledge and enthusiasm definitely made the experience even better. Thank you, Harry!

  Came in on Friday evening with my friend and we were absolutely blown away by the lovely Maddie! A huge shout-out to her for the amazing service she provided to both of us. It’s been a long time since I’ve received such fantastic help and advice in a store. She was so authentic, genuine and welcoming, and made the whole experience feel effortless. I’m not normally someone who shops at Lush, but Maddie’s service alone made me fall in love with the products! She really took the time to listen, offer advice and make us feel comfortable without ever being pushy. If you’re not sure whether Lush is for you, go and see Maddie at Meadowhall! You won’t regret it. 💚

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The most lovely experience with Maddy at Lush! Maddy was absolutely amazing from the moment we stepped into Lush with my daughter. I was looking for a skincare routine for her, as she has really sensitive skin, and Maddy made the whole experience so lovely. She sat us down, talked us through all the products and ingredients, and even tested them on my daughter’s hands. She was so patient, knowledgeable and genuinely lovely to talk to. What I loved most was that she wasn’t pushy at all. As soon as I feel like someone is just trying to sell me something, I switch off. But Maddy was completely focused on education, explaining the ingredients and helping us understand what would be suitable for my daughter. It made such a difference! It was also so lovely to see the relationship between Maddy and her teammates. They were all so encouraging and supportive of one another, which created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you so much, Maddy, for making what could have been a stressful experience into such a lovely one. You were amazing, and we really appreciated your time and kindness. 💗
