  Nipped in to browse - ended up chatting to an amazing staff member called Jasmine who made my day - absolutely outstanding customer service but more importantly, what a lovely, interesting person. In the days of soulless service Jasmine is an absolute treasure. Payrises, prizes and pats on the back due!

  i came in a while ago looking for dusting powder, the lady helping me was so lovely and helped me find the exact one i wanted! she showed me a message balm which smelled delicious (coconut drench which smells like white chocolate!!!) she recommended i pre-order on the app as it was actually sold out that day, she told me to get the app which allowed me to claim points from my purchase, today the balm came in the mail and i regret not purchasing it earlier!! i was given a free sample of “the tiny musicians of the forest” which smells identical to a hazelnut latte and made my skin super smooth upon using it. This was honestly a lovely experience and helped me choose the correct products which work together! thank you so much :)

  Tanya at the meadowhall lush store was so lovely, very knowledgeable and helped with products that wouldnt harm my daughters skin condition. Really nice interaction with her

  We came here on Saturday after my daughter's pre-school graduation. We were shopping to find a little treat for her amazing work and she absolutely loves the shop and how it smells so drags us in everytime we pass but unfortunately due to her skin conditions she Is only able to help me buy gifts for other people or have a little poke of the bouncy jelly stuff that's on the side but she just enjoys coming in to experience the shop. When we arrived we were greeted by a lovely lady called Steph and to say she helped us would be an understatement. We were discussing my daughter and she relayed that herself and her daughter also struggle with psoriasis and eczema and there were options for her to try. We couldn't believe that there would be something suitable here for us to try, especially in such a seemingly highly fragrance shop. My daughter has never had a bubble bath and we use sensitive, fragrance free items to make sure she's comfortable. After lengthy conversations on what may be suitable for her skin from her own personal experiences she gave us some samples of different soaps and showed us the rainbow play doh type bubble baths. She then incredibly gave us a pack to take home and try and we honestly couldn't believe her kindness and to say my daughter was excited was an understatement. We immediately went home to test them out. I waited a few days to leave a review to see how her skin would react and if it would flare and for the first time, we've not had any issues at all! It is honestly shocking and my lovely little lady has now got the option to enjoy something all children do without worry and for us it's a huge deal. Everyone's skin types will of course differ so please try what is suitable for you but having someone who had experienced these conditions first hand really helped us and allowed us to have a trusted opinion. She really spent time getting to know us and it has made a little girl very happy so thankyou for such a wonderful experience. She now can't wait to rush home for bath time!
