LUSH Cosmetics was first started in 1995 in Poole, England.
Our policies: freshest ingredients, fighting animal testing, little or no packaging, ethical buying, 100% Vegetarian (over 90% vegan!) and all are welcome, always.
With over 800 stores worldwide, Lush Cribbs Causeway were delighted to make Lush history by being the 100th store to open on UK&I soil.
However you're travelling - car, bus, bike or rail - we're easy to get to. The Mall is north of Bristol, just off Junction 17 of the M5.
Our store is on the ground floor level, with step free access through a set of double doors. Our store is on one flat level and brightly lit. The inside of the store has wooden units lining each side of the wall and there are waist height product display units running through the centre of the store with wide, clutterfree pathways either side. The till is easily accessible at the back of the store, with a roaming till available during busy periods. We also offer a Click and Collect service in store via lush.co.uk.
With over 9,000 free spaces in car parks A-K (all of which offer easy access to the centre, with plenty of accessible parking spots available), parking's never a problem.

Andy took the time to explain the Lush campaign to reduce social media exposure that impacts on people’s health and how to support your journey! She also tailored our experience to that of having a personal shopper at Christmas which we will be back! We also got to know Shai and her background which was just incredible to know that you have employed people whom are studying at university to make an impact in mental health services! Claire P deserves a medal for customer service.
I've had a very rough time with cancer and my mental health this year and Monday was my first real shopping trip.
Claire was so helpful she helped pick out and pack all my items whilst chatting to me,this made a huge difference to me and made me relax rather than being so anxious.
Then she kindly gave me a paddington bear bath bomb as a little gift to help me with my recovery,which was so thoughtful and very gratefully received.
Can you say a huge thank you to her from me and I will definitely pop back in to the cribbs causeway store to see her again and buy some more Lush things as they are so lovely

Athena was really knowledgeable and helpful. I asked her for products containing bergamot (my favorite) and she was able to show me a range of ones containing or ones with similar scents. She explained in more detail the extra benefits of each individual product and I ended up buying a product I wouldn't have normally considered and we love it. Will be back for more. Thanks Athena

Jade is always SO friendly and helpful! I go into this branch a lot (too much) and she recognises me each time and instantly makes me feel looked after. She is SO knowledgeable about all the products and even remembers previous products I’ve bought! As well as this, Jade remembers personal details about me and always asks how things are going. She always recommends new goodies she thinks I’ll love and is eager to help as much as she can. She is one of the main reasons I visit this branch compared to others and is not only a credit to this branch but Lush in general!!

I had such a lovely experience at Lush, and I especially want to thank Charlotte for being absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for, gave me brilliant recommendations and made the whole experience feel so enjoyable and personal.
Charlotte’s knowledge of the products was incredible, and she never made me feel rushed or pressured into buying anything. She went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I wanted, and her kindness and enthusiasm really stood out.

Snow Fairy comes out every festive season so is in stores from September to the end of December, if you love it you'd better stock up!
