LUSH Cosmetics was first started in 1995 in Poole, England.
Our policies: freshest ingredients, fighting animal testing, little or no packaging, ethical buying, 100% Vegetarian (over 90% vegan!) and all are welcome, always.
With over 800 stores worldwide, Lush Cribbs Causeway were delighted to make Lush history by being the 100th store to open on UK&I soil.
However you're travelling - car, bus, bike or rail - we're easy to get to. The Mall is north of Bristol, just off Junction 17 of the M5.
Our store is on the ground floor level, with step free access through a set of double doors. Our store is on one flat level and brightly lit. The inside of the store has wooden units lining each side of the wall and there are waist height product display units running through the centre of the store with wide, clutterfree pathways either side. The till is easily accessible at the back of the store, with a roaming till available during busy periods. We also offer a Click and Collect service in store via lush.co.uk.
With over 9,000 free spaces in car parks A-K (all of which offer easy access to the centre, with plenty of accessible parking spots available), parking's never a problem.

We booked for our daughter’s birthday party and they had the best time ever! She took 4 friends, and they made face cleansers, had some fun and games. It was a wonderful atmosphere and all the staff were so kind and helpful. The girls said it was the best party they have been to in ages. Amanda was such a wonderful party host and really involved with the girls which made it so fun. We are so grateful for all your kindness! I highly recommend a lush party, it’s unique, fun and so different to the typical birthday parties kids normally have.

What an amazing place. We walked in with our two children and everyone was super friendly. Shannon really tried with our kids and organised to run a workshop for them, and went out of her way to run it. Genuinely … it was amazing. The kids have raved about it ever since, and both have said they want a party there. I’m not really one for reviews but seriously, Shannon is an absolute star, and to charm our kids like that was amazing for us to see.
Also, while that was going on, Andi, gave my wife a massage and went though various different products with her. Ive never seen so many staff members go out of their way to help all at once. So on the way home my wife couldn’t stop talking about how nice/knowledgeable/good at her job Andi was, and my children about how much the loved Shannon.
In all seriousness though, what a shop. As a male I take pride in the fact I hate shopping, but Lush in Cribbs is a game changer for people like me, and it’s all down to the staff. The only recommendation I can say would be to Lush itself, and to just beg that they try their hardest to keep hold of people like Andi and Shannon, because they made our day.

GREAT customer service as usual.
Literally a lush bunch of humans giving the best service.
Shout out to Jade who did my henna today. She was kind, chatty and did a great job. I felt like a VIP having my hair done in store- with all the team taking time to chat to me and making sure I was ok while waiting for the henna to be ready etc.

Exceptional service from Andi at LUSH!
Andi was outstanding—genuine, cheerful, and instantly welcoming. She truly embodies the LUSH spirit: vibrant, warm, and passionate about the products.

Booked onto the "make a bath bomb" experience very late today but so glad I did.
My 5 year old had an absolute blast and is very good value for money.
Tilly (our hostess with the mostes) was fab and very frinedly with my daughter. They chatted away like they had know eachother for ages. Very nice to see a staff member actually enjoying their job and not being forced to speak. THANK YOU TILLY!!!! We will definitely be back.

The Mall has over 7000 free parking spaces so there's always plenty of space. To be closest to Lush, however, you'll want to park in any of the spaces near Marks & Spencer.

Yes! We love any excuse to party here at Lush Cribbs, so be it a birthday, hen do or just a get together, we can make it an experience to remember. All our parties are £25 per person (minimum of 6) and last an hour and a half.

When is Snow Fairy back?
Snow Fairy comes out every festive season so is in stores from September to the end of December, if you love it you'd better stock up!
