We have chairs available and can make more available upon request.
The closest accessible toilet to us is located in Level 1 of the Green Car Park.
The closest parking is located in Queensgate's Green, Blue & Red car parks- with parking starting from £2.5, or free after 5pm every Thursday!

- ABAndreea Barboi1 day ago5.0A little late with this review, but I really wanted to make sure I shared our lovely experience with Valentina at Lush Peterborough. We visited over the weekend with my daughter to buy a birthday present for one of her friends. Like any little girl, my daughter was fascinated by all the glittery makeup, and Valentina noticed her straight away. She completely made my daughter’s day by applying some makeup and letting her try different things around the shop. Valentina was incredibly kind and patient, helping my daughter choose the perfect present for her friend. And, to make the experience even more special, at the end she gave my daughter a little present too. Kindness really does go a long way, and Valentina definitely knows how to make people feel special. She made my daughter’s day, and we are so grateful for the lovely experience and the genuine kindness she showed us. Thank you, Valentina! ❤️

She even gave me tailored advice on pregnant friendly products after I told her i was off to a baby shower ( products which were well received)! Nothing short of a perfect shopping experience from a warm, friendly and incredibly well informed worker.

The staff were really welcoming and helped her to pick out two bath-bombs, one that happened to have her name. I unfortunately didn’t get the lovely lady’s name but she showed my toddler to the counter, washed her hands after she had touched as many bath bombs as she could and then gave her some glitter on her hands. My little one is neurodivergent and the joy this brought her, she spoke about the lady & the glitter all day right up until bed time.
