  I went to have a browse for my new house, and had the absolute delight of talking to Naomi, she helped me pick out a rainbow bath soap scrub which i am now obsessed with! She was absolutley delightful, i will be going back soon for some more items some time soon!

  I was lucky enough to have a relaxing hand massage from Sophie today. She was very knowledgeable about the products and we had a great chat about life, the universe and everything. Sophie is a real credit to Lush ♥️

  My daughter had her party here today. The experience was fab. My daughter and friends loved it and had so much fun. It was run so well by Boo and Sophie. They made it fun with party games and making bath bombs. Nothing was too much trouble and boo helped fill the party bags and made everything run smoothly. I was very impressed. I did think the party would be held upstairs or in another room, but it was on the shop floor which was nice actually. Also when booking party communication was great and emails responded to promptly and questions answered. Thank you for making my daughter's 9th birthday a great one Boo and Sophie and other team members of lush Portsmouth. Many thanks Lucy

  Fabia is such a credit to the shop and genuinely made my day. She provided fabulous customer service and was so friendly and helpful. She really went above and beyond! What a star 💚

  Came into the store today with a very grumpy baby, who refused to go in her pushchair. Meaning im stuck shopping with one arm and pushing an empty pushchair. Met Fabia whilst looking at the face masks and not only did she help me choose one to help my skin, she made my baby smile and cheer up abit. Which felt like a huge relief after the melt down we just had. She then helped me around the store with other bits I wanted to pick up so that I didn't have to put the baby down. She was SO helpful and so lovley and gave the baby a little treat too. A genuinly wonderful experiance after a stressful moment. She really cheered me up and that means the world to me. I felt seen. Lovley lady!
