Our entrance is step-free.
Our shop has wide aisles and an open layout. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shop is fully wheelchair accessible.
No customer toilet in-store, but accessible facilities are available in the shopping centre.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

Extremely disappointing experience at Lush Oxford today. We picked up a bath bomb that we were intending to buy, when a woman with slightly greying, curly brown hair abruptly approached us and started yelling at us, accusing us of “trashing” the products simply because we had picked one up.
I completely understand that products need to be handled carefully, and if there was a concern about how we were handling something, we could have been spoken to politely. Instead, we were confronted and accused in a very aggressive and unnecessarily hostile manner.
We were customers who were genuinely intending to purchase the bath bomb, not people deliberately damaging stock. There was absolutely no need to speak to us in that way.
The whole interaction was incredibly uncomfortable and completely ruined what should have been a pleasant shopping experience. Customer service should involve politely explaining store expectations, not shouting at and accusing customers.

I’m afraid this response does not accurately reflect what happened.
My child touched the soap because we were considering purchasing it. There was no poking, prodding or scratching of the product. Please don’t suggest that she was doing something she wasn’t.
I did not mishear you. You said “stop trashing them” — not “no scratching, please.” This was very clearly heard by me and the people I was with. In fact, the people standing next to us also overheard the interaction, so this wasn’t simply one person misunderstanding what was said.
I appreciate you trying to offer an alternative explanation, but I don’t think it is appropriate to rewrite what happened afterwards as a “misunderstanding” when multiple people heard the same comment.
My issue was never being asked to be careful with a product. It was the abrupt and accusatory way it was communicated, particularly towards my child, when we were genuinely considering buying the item.
Perhaps five people simultaneously need hearing tests, but I think it is considerably more likely that I heard exactly what was said.

Sarina was so lovely- her jhumkas (earrings) were gorgeous!! She was so lovely to me and my girlfriend and she offered her a hello kitty bathbomb for free as an act of kindness. Matt was also very helpful and nice, he got some samples of a lotion my partner likes.
Would definitely visit again, such a lovely team at the Oxford branch in Westgate.

I had a wonderful experience at the Lush store in Westgate, Oxford. Loli was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring from the moment we arrived. She treated both my daughter and me to the most relaxing hand massage, which made our visit feel truly special.

Highly recommend Lush Oxford Westgate! I visited with a group to purchase a hair conditioner, and Loli provided truly exceptional service. Not only did she recommend the perfect product, but she also guided us through a lovely hands-on experience with hand washes, body scrubs, and moisturizers.
Despite the shop being busy and our group being quite large, Loli was incredibly attentive, warm, and professional throughout. This experience gave me a wonderful first impression of Oxford. Special thanks to Loli for making our visit so memorable!

I came in today enquiring about a Karma massage bar to be informed they are discontinued - annoying but whatevs!
The girl who served me, I wish I caught her name, chatted with me briefly about how I was sad because I wanted it for my wedding in two weeks (smelled AMAZING as a body lotion) and she not only pointed me to bath bombs that had a similair karma butter thing in the middle I could use but gave one to me as a gift. It really meant a lot to me and I just hope she sees this and knows she made my year :)
It may seem small, but I was feeling really stressed the past few days!
