Our entrance is step-free.
Our shop has wide aisles and an open layout. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shop is fully wheelchair accessible.
No customer toilet in-store, but accessible facilities are available in the shopping centre.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

Excellent experience! It was just after finishing chemotherapy when I popped over to this store, asking for advice and a couple of samples.
Loli helped me patiently, she was so nice and sweet, she explained about the products and even left some notes for me on how to use them. She's doing a great job and made this an exceptional experience for me, both as a customer and as a person. I genuinely appreciate her kindness❤️

Sarina is the loveliest and made this trip so immersive and fun! We learned so much about all the different products & scents. I also really struggle with maintaining dry wavy/curly hair and she saved my ends with revive and curl power, they looked & felt so much better afterwards! Thank you so much :)

just visited with my partner and we had the most wonderful experience with ur employee sarina!! she went above & beyond & really took the time to select different scents that match who we are and what we like. we even did a perfume-tarot reading!! we will be back :)
