The person serving me (didn’t get their name!) spotted I was wearing a 30 badge so gifted it to me as a birthday treat. I love Lush and this just proves why - this was such an unexpected treat and has given me a gorgeous boost for the day :D

Holly was so patient with the girls and let them explore the makeup and go a bit off schedule haha They did bubble wands, potions, and made things out of bath play dough! The team was fantastic, making sure every single guest felt included and well looked after. Ickle and Isobel were absolutely amazing, tailoring the party to our theme and keeping the little ones engaged, entertained, and having fun throughout. We all had a brilliant time and would highly recommend it 👌

We have a no quibble exchange policy so if you don't get along with a product then bring it back into store and we can swap it for something more suitable for you! Alternatively, if you have a receipt then we can offer you a full refund.

Are you dog friendly?
Absolutely - all are welcome always and that includes customers with fur! We're an animal loving team so rest assured that your fur baby will receive lots of fusses if they come see us. (We also have a water bowl outside the shop in case they get thirsty)

Of course! We've got two sinks, both of which are completely fine to drink from. Feel free to help yourself or give a staff member a shout and we'd be happy to refill it for you.
