She took the time to give really detailed explanations about the different products, spa treatments and ready made gift sets answering all questions and helping us find exactly what we were looking for without ever making us feel rushed. Her knowledge and enthusiasm really stood out, and she made the whole experience enjoyable and personal. It’s rare to receive such genuine and attentive customer service. We have a no quibble exchange policy so if you don't get along with a product then bring it back into store and we can swap it for something more suitable for you! Alternatively, if you have a receipt then we can offer you a full refund.

Unfortunately we are unable to give out free products to be used for raffle prizes, however if you have a charity in mind where the products would be going directly to volunteers or to people who need them, then get in touch and see if we can help. Are you dog friendly?
Absolutely - all are welcome always and that includes customers with fur! We're an animal loving team so rest assured that your fur baby will receive lots of fusses if they come see us. (We also have a water bowl outside the shop in case they get thirsty)
Can I fill my water bottle in your shop?
Of course! We've got two sinks, both of which are completely fine to drink from. Feel free to help yourself or give a staff member a shout and we'd be happy to refill it for you.
