- FRFreddie ReadmanSep 11, 20265.0The staff, Elizabeth especially were so lovely and knowledgable showcasing a range of products and offering great advice not only about skincare and the spa but also about independent places to go in the city!
- CBClaire BowleyAug 17, 20265.0Lush Harrogate hosted a wonderful party for my daughter’s birthday. Holly was brilliant with the girls and listened to their interests before adapting the experiences! Everyone had a great time. Thank you so much!
- KHKay anne HarlandAug 2, 20265.0My daughter and her friends had a fabulous time for her 8th birthday. The host was absolutely brilliant, and had all the children captivated. I would definitely recommend the party.
- MMMollyJul 25, 20265.0We had a fantastic shopping experience at Lush thanks to Isobel. She was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. She took the time to give really detailed explanations about the different products, spa treatments and ready made gift sets answering all questions and helping us find exactly what we were looking for without ever making us feel rushed. Her knowledge and enthusiasm really stood out, and she made the whole experience enjoyable and personal. It’s rare to receive such genuine and attentive customer service. Despite my trip supposedly being to look for a 21st birthday gift I ended up walking out with a few treats myself. Thank you Isobel. P.s if you haven’t tried the sticky dates scent you should!
