We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us:
Our shop is located on a busy high street.
Our entrance is step-free
Our space is cosy, and can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation. There is steps in the middle of our shop, however, staff are happy to collect products from this area of the shop for you. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
Most of our shop is wheelchair accessible. There are steps in the middle of our shop, however, staff are happy to collect products from this area of the shop for you.
We do not have a customer toilet in-store.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

I then got talking to Jas on the till and she so kindly gifted me a little bath bomb as a pick me up when she didn’t have to at all. It’s really made my day as what was going to be a long shift for me now feels so much lighter. I cannot wait to use it when I have my day off Thankyou so much for such a wonderful, thoughtful treat

- SSSamuelApr 19, 20265.0I came into the store a few weeks ago to browse and enquire when the Cup O’ Coffee face mask would be back in stock. I was advised that there was a delivery expected the following Friday and it will be back in stock again. I came in the following Friday as advised, to find out the item had been not been re-stocked to my annoyance. I questioned this Brett, who had kindly offered to check the store room. It had transpired I was told incorrectly, and that Lush were struggling to source an ingredient for this product so would be unavailable for the foreseeable future. Brett was so lovely and patient explaining this, and given I was purchasing 2 massages bars anyway for my mum, he offered to give me 1 of them for free as a gesture of goodwill. Upon asking for his product recommendations, he then proceeds to give me another 1 for free, and advised me to pay it forward - which I have since done. I was not expecting this at all, and was more than happy to pay for the items. Although I was slightly annoyed about being misinformed, Brett was so lovely and turned a slightly negative interaction into something largely positive. It’s refreshing to see someone provide such good customer service and was willing to go above and beyond to help someone. Thank you again Brett, you had made my day!
