Couple weeks back, we went in to buy a care package for our friend. A lovely employee with green hair was really friendly and knowledgeable. They helped us choose some great products then gave us a massive discount. Our friend really appreciated it and it made our week!

Today I visited Lush with three of my children and had such an incredible experience that I felt I had to leave a review. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed so kindly and one of the team demonstrated a bath bomb in the sink for the children to watch. Which clearly worked because my son ended up buying one for himself!
Halfway through our shop, I accidentally dropped a milkshake all over the floor. I was absolutely mortified and couldn’t apologise enough. My daughter was really upset too because it had gone into my bag and onto her brand new Jellycat.
When I went over to the desk apologising, the staff could not have been kinder. Hannah immediately reassured me, saying that mistakes happen and that everything was absolutely okay. Not once did they make me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable.
Then another staff member, Mirabel gave my daughter a butterfly bath bomb to take home, saying her Jellycat would need a bath too. It was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture that instantly put a smile back on my daughter’s face and honestly meant so much to both of us.
Hannah also handed me a face mask and told me to get myself home, relax, and reminded me that I was doing an incredible job.
I have genuinely never been shown so much kindness in such a short space of time. What could have been a stressful and upsetting moment became something we’ll actually remember fondly because of these two women.
Hannah and Mirabel are an absolute credit to the Lush team, thank you both so much for your kindness. I won’t ever forget it xox

Me and my wife visited Lush Norwich today to spend some birthday money and were looked after by the wonderful June who helped my wife find a new perfume and body spray. She was so knowledgeable and spent so much time helping them with testers and letting them know ingredients. Then after my wife mentioning they wanted to switch over to Lush for their skin care eventually they helped find an entire skin care routine and kindly walked them through it all and gave samples to try at home. Can't wait to come back and buy more bits after testing - thanks June! 💝

I recently visited the Norwich store with my daughter to browse for some new products. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, especially Reuben and Meg. Meg did a gorgeous complimentary hand and arm massage for us both, which was so relaxing. I would highly recommend their products, the customer service was 5* + Thank you so much, it was a lovely treat.

My girls love Lush and the Norwich branch didn’t disappoint!
The lady who served us was so wonderful and attentive to my young girls, she glittered them up and helped us pick out bits for Father’s Day. I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name (we visited 06.06.26) and bought a Lola’s bath bomb, vegan leather beard oil and vegan leather perfume! My girls had a lovely experience and time!
