I personally haven't been to Lush since I was a teenager and im now 37 and thought I would pop in with my 6 year old son to let him pick out a couple of bath bombs. We went in and it was so vibrant and inviting. Lots of happy friendly staff in all areas of the store. We headed over to the bath bomb area where my son was in utter awe and amazement and naturally just wanted to pick every single one 😆 whilst we were browsing a kind staff member approached us and asked my son if he would like to have a try and exploring a bath bomb in water and a bubble bar and she said he could pick any one he wanted to play with. He chose a gold pumpkin one and the lovely staff member called Meg just interacted with him so kindly and beautifully. She took all the time in the world showing my son how to soak the bath bomb and watched all the mesmerising colours and smells escape. She showed us how to break up a bubble bar and swoosh the water to create bubbles. It was a really wonderful experience for us both. I was just going to pop in and buy a bath bomb but it was so much more than that. It was an experience, it was kindness, it was interesting and inviting and we really appreciate the time and effort and enjoyed the experience so much. So thank you Meg. You really did make our day xxx

OMG, the experience was amazing! Meg ( I think the orange-haired lady’s name was Meg.) entertained my kids with bubbles, and they absolutely loved it. We’ve been using Lush products for ages, but we never knew you could make such huge, thick bubbles with them!
We were honestly amazed — and, of course, after seeing She use the product, we had to buy it ourselves! Such a fun and memorable experience. Thank you! 🫧💚

We always have such a lovely experience at this Lush! The products are fantastic, but what really makes this particular store stand out is how friendly and welcoming the team are. Every visit feels special, and they’re especially wonderful with little ones.
We visited last Saturday with our daughter so she could make her own bath bomb, and the lovely girl who helped her was absolutely brilliant. Always smiling, chatting with us and making us feel completely at ease. She even remembered us from a visit last year, which was such a lovely little touch!
And a special mention to her colleague, who gave our daughter the most amazing butterfly tattoo before we left. She absolutely loved it!
A wonderful store with great natural products and, above all, a genuinely lovely team who clearly care about their customers. We’ll definitely keep coming back. See you again soon!

Had a fantastic experience in this store at the weekend. Lola was incredibly attentive to my neice, engaging with her in small bath bomb demonstrations that my neice absolutely loved. Made her feel like a VIP, and she was chatting about the shop for the rest of the day. It couldn’t have been a more welcoming visit.

On Friday 7th August, my 11 year old nephew decided I was to have a face mask. Staff members Lola and Ben were very attentive and helpful, with Lola allowing him to apply it to me, and then helping us to remove it a while later (with Ben on hand to provide towels and tissues). We were made to feel very welcome, and my nephew loved the experience.
In addition, I would like to give a further shout out to Lola who (whilst I was trying to remove a deep layer of rapidly-drying face mask with Ben’s help) entertained my nephew with other products.
Who would have thought a trip to Lush would have been a highlight of the day!
