- KJKelly JohnsonOct 7, 20265.0Attentive staff but not overwhelming like Lush used to be. I had a quick chat and was then blissfully left alone to sniff everything I wanted. I bought 2 items whereas in the past I've become annoyed by the staff and left without purchasing anything.
- KHKatie HarrisonOct 4, 20265.0Jack was really helpful in store today, explained products really well and had amazing recommendations
- KOKaren OwenSep 1, 20265.0Staff are lovely and very helpful without being in your face
- DPDale ParkerAug 22, 20265.0Incredible experience from Michael. Went above and beyond to sort my issue with my bathbombs, what an incredible asset to the team!
- CWCassie WardJul 28, 20265.0I just wanted to say thank you for making me feel so special! Yesterday I came to Newcastle for the first time, I was with work but had the evening to myself. I thought it would be a perfect opportunity to recharge my batteries, 1 night away from the toddler in a lovely hotel bath. So, as soon as I got off the train I took myself directly to Lush and it was exactly what I had in mind. A special thanks to 2 guys that really went the extra mile for me, 1 who was helping me look at various shampoos / conditioners and the person who put my sale through at the end. You were both so lovely and knowledgeable, took your time with me in a non pressured way and generally chatted to me. I couldn’t wait to try my new face mask, body spray and everything else. You were great!
