  My daughter celebrated her birthday party at lush on 2nd October 2026. Faye and the team were fantastic! Faye especially made Violet feel so special and she was totally amazing with the children. They had so much fun and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. Faye is an asset to your team.

  I had a fantastic experience visiting the Lush store in Milton Keynes. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. A special mention goes to Fern, who was absolutely amazing to interact with! The customer service here is top-notch, and the whole team truly goes above and beyond to make your visit special. I’ll definitely be back soon, highly recommended!

  I had such a lovely experience at Lush, and I particularly want to give a huge thank you to Sinéad. She was absolutely brilliant. I went in looking for seasonal gifts for my sisters, with a slightly tricky requirement of finding something lovely and festive but with no glitter, and Sinéad completely embraced the challenge! She listened carefully to what I was looking for, made thoughtful suggestions, and was genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find something that would work. She also helped me find something lovely for myself, which was a gorgeous toadstool-shaped soap. She took the time to explain the products and fragrances rather than simply pointing me towards something, and her knowledge and enthusiasm really came across. What made the experience particularly special was the fact that I’ve been a Lush customer for many years and even remember the Cosmetics To Go days and visiting the original shop in Poole, so it was lovely to chat with someone who was genuinely interested in that history as well as the products themselves. Sinéad was warm, friendly, funny and incredibly easy to talk to. I never felt rushed or like I was just another customer. She gave me exactly the kind of customer service that makes you want to come back to a shop. She listened, remembered what I had said, worked with my rather specific requirements, and made the whole experience feel personal and fun. Sinéad is a real credit to Lush MK. Please pass on my thanks to her — she was absolutely wonderful and made my day considerably brighter. 🍂🎃🍄🪄🧼

  The store layout is nice, and it isn’t difficult to find what you need. I had a very lovely experience in the shop as a very kind employee named Faye gave me recommendations and was very helpful

  Had a great experience today with my two children! Thanks so much to Mandy & Ellie, sorry I can’t remember who is who, but one of the lovely ladies spent lots of time with us showing my children different products and letting them play in the sink. She was so good with the children, interacting with them and making them feel comfortable. We have been coming to lush for years now to get bath bombs but never had an experience like that. We all really enjoyed it and appreciated the time and effort for us. The other lady who served us was so welcoming and helpful, in a world where you get rushed about and next to no customer service we had a lovely time today. Thanks so much Mandy and Ellie we will be back in future. Thanks
