We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us:
Our shop is located on the ground floor of the shopping centre.
Our entrance is step-free.
Our shop has wide aisles and an open layout. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
🦽 Wheelchair / Mobility Access: Yes. The shop is fully wheelchair accessible.
No customer toilet in-store, but accessible facilities are available in the shopping centre.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.

Ellie then helped me with downloading the app , choosing a fresh facepack for my 5 empty bottles. Everyone is always very helpful , but this lady went above and beyond customer service .

She interacted with all 4 boys, made sure they knew what they were doing and had all the colours they wanted to make the perfect bath bombs! Great experience, Thankyou! We also had Jessie look after us too, she allowed the boys to play in the sinks and have fun, there was also another lady with the boys in the sinks however I didn't get her name but she was amazing also!! We'll be back to make a lil more mess in the sinks soon. Thankyou Lush MK!

She made me promise to take her today and Grace and Ellie were so kind, attentive, and engaging. As a parent and customer it really warms my heart to see my kiddo being treated so nicely and it makes me want to visit regularly and pick up goodies for us. I hope you open a spa in Milton Keynes soon!
