  Lovely atmosphere in the shop, very welcoming and knowledgeable staff Very patient with my questions and insecurities. Looked amazing as came out and did not feel pressured to buy all of list at one go. Would highly recommend Liverpool Store. Thank you both my friend and I had a gorgeous day because of you ladies xx

  Tom in the Liverpool store was amazing with my daughter who is new to make up. He was so knowledgeable, she was thrilled with how much she learnt and came away looking fabulous.

  Jackie at the Liverpool store did my makeover and I have to say she did an amazing job. She put me at ease, took time to show me techniques and was genuinely lovely!

  The masterclass was amazing, we learned in depth about different ways to layer products and the correct order to apply them. The staff were lovely, and the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming. We also had the chance to explore some of their products and get a feel for how they wear on the skin. The goodie bag was a great touch too, filled with lots of samples to try at home.

  I had my make up done today at Charlotte Tilbury for my sisters hen do. My sister and my friend got there’s done too. I would just like to say the experience was amazing!! A big special thank you to Olivia Mae who did my make up, she was unbelievable! I’ve never felt that confident by having make up done before. She was sooo lovely too!! Massive thank you! Also thank you to Jackie and the lovely gentleman whose name I didn’t catch (so sorry!) who did my sister and friends make up. We all felt great all day! X
