  I was helped by the lovely Ebony M whilst looking for skin and hair care, they were thorough and went in depth about my skin and hair type to help me build the perfect routine, making sure each scent is perfect for me too. They talked me through how to use each step along with writing me a note with the steps in detail so I can refer back to it when needed. I know building a skincare routine can be daunting so they were super helpful in teaching me what will work with my specific skin and hair type! There was another employee there too who’s name I didn’t catch, but who was also very nice and helpful as they gave me samples of products to try out and talked me through how to use them for the best results. Would reccomend going here as the staff are so helpful!

  Visited the shop a couple of weeks ago. I’d been given a gift card for my birthday and was unsure of what I wanted to use it on. We were kindly greeted by Ebony H when we went in, Ebony was really friendly and had an excellent knowledge on all products. I was asked what kind of things I liked and she advised what would be suitable and recommended lots of different things I could try with the reasons of why I should. Thank you Ebony H!

  Was served by Jess who was so lovely to my 2 girls and I. She let the girls smell a few things and gave them a tiny sample pot each of the posh chocolate which they were over the moon with. She was super kind and helpful so thank you Jess 😊

  Visited today and had the pleasure of been served by the awesome Jack & Jess. I love visiting this store, the staff are lovely, friendly and so knowledgeable and helpful. Just used the Turmeric and Argan cleanser and Happy Skin scrub and my skin feels AMAZING. It was also fab to learn more about Lush’s commitment to animal welfare (even the bees are happy) and their closed loop recycling scheme - today I learned the signage in store is also made from recycled packaging! Wow! Thanks again for making my visit today so enjoyable and looking forward to coming back soon with my empties.
