Our shop is located on the ground floor of the shopping centre.
Our entrance is step-free
Our shop has an open layout and can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shop is fully wheelchair accessible.
No customer toilet in-store, but accessible facilities are available in the shopping centre.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

Had an amazing experience today at the Lush store in the Arndale shopping centre. Frankie was so helpful helping me pick items for my bridesmaids and Hannah was so lovely to talk to whilst she packed my large shop. Once she heard i was shopping for my hen do gifts she was so kind to gift me one of my fav Lush items! Can't thank the team enough it made my week 💕

Went in with a giftcard yesterday and was really unsure what to get - Nawal was completely amazing and took me through a few options before helping me decide what to get. She was totally lovely and helpful and made the whole experience so enjoyable and fun. Lush is always brilliant but the staff in this shop always go above and beyond!! :)

I had a great time at this store the other day. A wonderful person with a blue strand in their hair helped me find a naked shampoo bar called 'Honey I washed my hair' and it was exactly what I wanted. They gave me information about the Lush recycle scheme and even gave me a sample of the supermilk conditioning hair primer (which was a great recommendation considering how soft it made my hair). I am unsure of their name but I hope whoever helped me knows how grateful I am for their help and I will definitely be back :D.

went to the arndale lush after having an exhausting day to have a look around for new signature scent. rae and grant were brilliant. i started off with grant showing me all the body sprays and then they led me to the perfume section where i found the perfect one which reminded me of my childhood and fit exactly what i was looking for. after walking out i realised i hadn’t thought about solid soaps. i came back in and rae was super helpful, they took me to the soap section and gave me multiple options of hippie esc scents that would go well with what i was looking for. overall 100/10 would definitely recommend going here and asking for either grant or rae to help you out they know exactly what to recommend and what fits the vibe perfectly <3

Do you have any toilets on site?
Unfortunately we do not, however your closest public toilets are just opposite us, in between Next and Swatch.
Do you have any exclusive products in your store?
LUSH Arndale has some exclusives in our merch section, with some limited edition bag designs, cosmetic pouches and patches. We also have the full range of fragrance you can find online so you can choose your signature scent!
Does your store have a quite period?
During the hours of 9-10 every Monday we will be host a quiet period for all shoppers to enjoy. During these hours we will reduce the noise level in our store. While we aim to accomedate this, we are located in Manchester central shopping centre so outside noise is to be expected. We have dedecated a space for a quit zone, which is located at the back of the store. We will be plauing low level music during this period so please expect some level of background noise.

Of course! Pop into store and ask for a tailor made sample of your choice, we will even show you how it works before you take it home!
