Our shop is located on the ground floor of the shopping centre.
Our entrance is step-free
Our shop has an open layout and can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shop is fully wheelchair accessible.
No customer toilet in-store, but accessible facilities are available in the shopping centre.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

Lush is my go-to shop to buy skin-friendly, ethically produced skin and hair products. I had a particularly amazing experience with one Lush consultant, Danielle, who gave me the full-blown experience with the Lush coconut shell moisturizing hand wash and an exclusive fragrance reading. I bought all the products she recommended and all 3 fragrances! LUSH all the way!

Went into lush with my wife to buy a weekend treat and we were served by the lovely Sam who was in the Manchester store rather than her usual store in Hull. She was very friendly, kind and knowledgeable on products and ingredients. We went through the store finding products we wouldnt have been aware existed without her awesome service. Also lovely gentleman helped to get some samples ready. Thanks for a genuinely authentic and warm service.

I was in the Arndale location over the weekend. Kaitlyn was incredibly helpful in suggesting solutions for flush skin. She provided me with opportunities to try product and sent me home with samples of alternatives I already use. She listened to my concerns and gave me excellent options. While working with Kaitlyn, Grant assisted in providing additional suggestions in terms of moisturiser that helps to reduce flush. Upon checking out, Danielle was fabulous and engaging. She recognised I was from the US and we had a lovely chat about adapting to living in the UK.
Overall I am very pleased with all my interactions and products.

Grant was amazing today. Been looking for my summer fragrance and Grant knew their stuff! They made me feel so welcome and just seemed to know exactly what I wanted, communicated amazingly, so patient and informative. Told them what I usually like and they knew straight away. I also wanted something for my hair (which I wouldn’t have bothered with if I wasn’t having such a nice time!) and they talked through a number of different products with such confidence and knowledge. I had a birthday voucher and honestly, Grant made it a thoughtful, personal and lovely experience. Everyone in the shop was friendly and nice, complimenting my bag.
Grant, thank you for being so welcoming, lovely and devoted to Lush and their products. Some of the best customer service I’d had in a long time!

My husband and I recently visited Lush, and I wanted to leave a review because we had such an incredible experience with Hannah. We're both autistic, but we present very differently. Shopping can often be quite difficult for us, especially in a busy town centre when it's warm and crowded. I'm very sensitive to smells, and my husband struggles to focus on anything if he's carrying bags and there's a lot going on around him. so between the both of us, its very easy to get overwhelmed.
When I tell you Hannah spotted us in the crowd, I mean it. She immediately made us feel comfortable and supported. She let us put our hands in the huge sink of freezing water, and instead of just demonstrating products, she joined in with us. It sounds like a small thing, but it made us feel genuinely seen
I explained that sometimes I love a scent in the shop, but then I get home and realise I can't tolerate it. Hannah completely understood and reassured me that I could bring products back if they didn't work out for me. There was absolutely no pressure, just kindness and understanding.
We ended up chatting about our pets and what felt like a quick visit was probably close to an hour. Honestly, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had in a shop. For two neurospicy people who often find shopping overwhelming, being treated with such patience, warmth and genuine care meant a lot. We left feeling supported rather than exhausted, which is rare.
Lush should know they have an exceptional employee in Hannah. She is absolutely doing God's work for people like us.

Do you have any toilets on site?
Unfortunately we do not, however your closest public toilets are just opposite us, in between Next and Swatch.

LUSH Arndale has some exclusives in our merch section, with some limited edition bag designs, cosmetic pouches and patches. We also have the full range of fragrance you can find online so you can choose your signature scent!
Does your store have a quite period?
During the hours of 9-10 every Monday we will be host a quiet period for all shoppers to enjoy. During these hours we will reduce the noise level in our store. While we aim to accomedate this, we are located in Manchester central shopping centre so outside noise is to be expected. We have dedecated a space for a quit zone, which is located at the back of the store. We will be plauing low level music during this period so please expect some level of background noise.
Do you offer samples?
Of course! Pop into store and ask for a tailor made sample of your choice, we will even show you how it works before you take it home!
