We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us:
Our shop is located on the ground floor of the shopping centre.
Our entrance is step-free.
Our shop has wide aisles and an open layout. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shop is fully wheelchair accessible.
No customer toilet in-store, but accessible facilities are available in the shopping centre.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

She was incredibly attentive, genuinely listened to what I liked, and recommended products that suited me perfectly without ever making me feel pressured. Her knowledge of the products was outstanding, and her warm, friendly personality made the visit feel really personal. I started shopping at Lush recently because I appreciate its ethical approach and the way it isn’t afraid to stand up for the causes it believes in, and it’s wonderful to see those values reflected in the people who work there. Kit is a real credit to the Romford store and to Lush as a company. Customer service like this is rare these days, and it’s exactly why I’ll keep coming back. They was so lovely and helpful we had a good few laughs and they gave me so much insight to the products, nornally i get overstimulated and leave lush no matter how lush the products are but they both went through products with throughly and it was such a joy talking to the both of them. A great duo team that lights up the shop just with their bright smiles and great customer service. I was recommended to buy 'keep it fluffy' sparkly body powder as im going on holiday soon and was told its great for sweat and looks great on skin leaving you shimmery for the sun. So grateful to the both of them and hope to see them next time i pop into my local lush thanks again girls xxxx

Yes we do! Go to our website and when you find what you are looking for select the store you would like to pick up from.
Do you accept milk bottles?
Not any more but your local borough should be able to recycle them.
Are you 100% Vegan?
We are 100% vegetarian and about 90% vegan. We no longer use dairy and eggs but still use honey and bees wax
Where can I find you, you have moved?
Yes we have moved from our old location and are now by the western entrance. Next door to Ann Summers and opposite Waterstones.
Can I bring back my Lush pots?
Yes you can return all Lush packaging to us, 5 will get you a free fresh face mask or save them up and each one is worth 50p.
