  I went into store today because my daughter wanted to browse. I met kit & pip. They was so lovely and helpful we had a good few laughs and they gave me so much insight to the products, nornally i get overstimulated and leave lush no matter how lush the products are but they both went through products with throughly and it was such a joy talking to the both of them. A great duo team that lights up the shop just with their bright smiles and great customer service. I was recommended to buy 'keep it fluffy' sparkly body powder as im going on holiday soon and was told its great for sweat and looks great on skin leaving you shimmery for the sun. So grateful to the both of them and hope to see them next time i pop into my local lush thanks again girls xxxx

  shania was an absolute star she was so kind bright and bubbly and i had an amazing chat with her and took her time so to show me deals and how to use the lush app to get point let the good times roll🤭

  Had a kind worker assist me called Shaniah today, they was lovely and even gave me advice to get my septum, they was incrediably helpful with helping me find a candle and the people in the shop are so welcoming, 10/10 customer service everytime ive came!!

  I had such a great customer experience during my visit to the Lush store. As soon as I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the staff offering assistance. Since it wasn’t my first time there, I was already familiar with the environment. I came in for one item but ended up buying something else too, and even enjoyed a hand massage for the first time from the lovely Kez, which I didn’t realise was an option. We had a wonderful conversation during the massage, and it's safe to say I felt some relief in my arms afterwards. When I first entered, I also recognised one of the staff members, Kit, who remembered me from previous visits. Kit is always happy to help and goes above and beyond in explaining the products in the store, which is especially helpful for first-time visitors or anyone unsure about what to choose.
