We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us:
Our shop is located on the ground floor of the shopping centre.
Our entrance is step-free.
Our shop has wide aisles and an open layout. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shop is fully wheelchair accessible.
No customer toilet in-store, but accessible facilities are available in the shopping centre.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

The store itself is clean, well laid out, and easy to browse, but what really made the visit special was Chloe’s friendly, knowledgeable approach. She took time to show me how to use the products, offered helpful tips, and made sure I left feeling confident with my choices. If you’re heading to Lush Romford, ask for Chloe – she’s a real credit to the team and the reason I’ll be coming back.

Yes we do! Go to our website and when you find what you are looking for select the store you would like to pick up from.
Do you accept milk bottles?
Not any more but your local borough should be able to recycle them.
Are you 100% Vegan?
We are 100% vegetarian and about 90% vegan. We no longer use dairy and eggs but still use honey and bees wax
Where can I find you, you have moved?
Yes we have moved from our old location and are now by the western entrance. Next door to Ann Summers and opposite Waterstones.
Can I bring back my Lush pots?
Yes you can return all Lush packaging to us, 5 will get you a free fresh face mask or save them up and each one is worth 50p.
