  I had two pregnancy massages here with Kristina and Alexandra, and they were both wonderful. I would come back just to visit the spa!

  I had a massage at The Retreat, Agnieszia was superb! That was honestly one of the best massages I’ve ever had, I highly recommend with her specifically. She was also a lovely person! Thank you so much.

  I had a wonderful experience at The Retreat at The Londoner. Kristina was absolutely amazing. The massage was relaxing and professional, and she also took the time to give me helpful, personalised advice on how best to care for my skin. All the spa staff were attentive, warm and friendly, which made the whole visit feel truly special. The atmosphere was calm and luxurious, and I felt very well looked after from start to finish. I would highly recommend Kristina and the spa, and I will definitely return.

  I had the Blue Diamond Skin facial with Kristina and it was amazing. She stopped to talk to me about my current skincare routine and after the session she told me about adjustments I should consider. The whole process was so relaxing and energizing and I even got a complimentary protein smoothie because it was my birthday. Thank you so much Kristina and The Londoner Hotel!
