  What an amazing experience at the Lush Spa Oxford Street. Mils was the absolute best. They walked me through my treatments and took the time to listen attentively to what I wanted to target with my facial. The whole experience was very soothing and relaxing. Nothing felt rushed at all. The me day that you deserve is what this was. Started with a small bowl of fruit and a glass of lemon-mint infused water and ended up a lovely glass of fruity carbonated water/orange juice beverage. I will definitely return when next I’m in London. Eternally gratefully for your skilled hands, Mils! Thank you for making this California girl feel relaxed and pampered!

  It was my first time in store , heard so much of the brand , and their ethics, I was looking for fragrance, and shower products , found what I was looking easily by the favor of God , and then with the amazing help of Taryn who really took an effort to understand my preferences and to show me around the store, her recommendations were on point , and at the checkout, Lamia was fast and the packaging was neat, over all , all the staff were very helpful, and so far, I am loving the products.

  🥰❤️ I visited Lush Oxford Circus in May, and honestly had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time. As soon as I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and happy to help. I was looking for a natural shampoo but wasn’t quite sure what would be best for my hair. One staff member, who I believe was Middle Eastern, took the time to talk me through several products, explaining the ingredients, their benefits, and what they might help with. She was so knowledgeable and generous with her time, gave me plenty of samples to try, and also showed me some of the hand creams I was interested in. What I appreciated most was that she wasn’t pushy at all—just genuinely helpful and passionate about the products. I wish I’d got her name so I could thank her properly. The other staff member who served me, another lady at the tills was equally lovely—kind, friendly, and professional. In fact, everyone in the entire staff at store seemed genuinely happy, bubbly, and eager to help. I think it’s important to leave positive feedback for people who work in retail, especially when they work so hard. It isn’t an easy job, and great service often goes unnoticed. Even though my visit was about a month ago, I wanted to take the time to leave this review because the experience stayed with me. I visit a lot of shops, but I genuinely couldn’t forget how wonderful the team were. That says a lot. The whole experience reminded me why Lush has always been my go-to shop and probably always will be. I love that the products are fresh, clearly dated, and made with quality ingredients. I genuinely can’t fault my visit. A wonderful team, excellent service, and a great shopping experience from start to finish. Highly recommended.

  We recently hosted our 9-year-old’s birthday party at Lush, and it was absolutely fantastic! The team made the children feel so welcome from the moment they arrived. The activities were fun, engaging, and perfectly suited to their age group, and the children loved getting hands-on with the products. The staff were enthusiastic, patient, and incredibly organized, making the whole experience stress-free for parents. Every child left with a big smile and wonderful memories of a unique and creative celebration. The birthday child felt extra special throughout the event, and all the guests couldn’t stop talking about how much fun they had. Thank you to the amazing Lush team for creating such a memorable birthday party. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, different, and well-run celebration for their child, The hosts Destinee and Janaina were brilliant throughout, a credit to the store / organisation

  Thank you so much, Valentina I just wanted to express my heartfelt thanks to Valentina for the kindness, patience, and genuine care she showed my daughter and me today. My daughter suffers with severe eczema, and when she’s at the stables having her horse‑riding lessons, her skin flares terribly. She often has to use medicated shower gels and has felt left out not being able to enjoy the lovely scented washes other children use.Valentina took the time to really listen and understand her needs. The testers she offered us made such a difference they helped us identify which products were gentle enough for her skin while still letting her enjoy something fun and beautifully scented. That meant more than you know.Thank you also for making Madi feel so welcome in store today. She had the best time with you , she hasn’t stopped talking about it, and she now wants a job at LUSH.
