  I didn’t take any pictures of the store since I have visited before , however store display as always exceptional! ✨ Always busy with a lot of promo treatments going on! Customers and simply visitors of the store seemed happy and engaged with. On this occasion I visited the store to get the ginger shampoo since it was not available online . A beautiful girl named Amba walked me through the store and helped me locate what I needed. She listened and helped me choose items I did not think I needed. The outcome is beyond positive. Ginger shampoo , Valkyrie conditioner and kalamazoo facial wash . Thank you Amba ! 💖

  Booked in a duo treatment of The Good Hour and it was a very good hour indeed! Our therapists were both lovely, very professional and open during our consultation from setting the mood, to showing us some of the products, asking about music and massage bar choices, etc. The treatment itself is a full body massage with some trigger point therapy. You lay under a nice warm towel in your lower underwear to stay nice and cosy, while each area focused on is exposed and then put back in turn. My massage therapist was Roman, who did a fantastic job checking in with me about pressure and had a very calming presence. I sadly didn't catch the name of the therapist taking care of my partner, but she was also amazing so a massive thank you to both of them! After we were done, we were given some decaf tea and shortbread for some final calming moments, and were even gifted a couple of massage bars to try at home. I'd highly recommend visiting the Oxford Street spa and can definitely recommend The Good Hour as a great treatment if you're in need of some full body relaxation.

  Me and my friend went into the lush Store in Oxford Street and as we entered, we were bombarded by a performer of strong and wonderful smells that confused us yet excited to at the same time but me and my friends had a go we were gonna get treatments for dark spots so we’re looking around confused and we had no idea what to do so we timidly asked for help in which we asked a lovely women called amba for help. She instantly she knew what to do. Instantly where to point and how to market it it to us- she was so good I thought she was a manager and she was so sweet and helpful. Deffo comming back again, tysm amba!!!💜

  Wanted to thank Ellison for their incredible customer service today (Saturday 10th October). My boyfriend and I were warmly greeted to the newly revamped bottom floor, and Ellison’s warmth, kindness and passion for Lush immediately stood out to me. They were kind enough to celebrate all the things we could explore, and were extremely knowledgeable about the products and the values behind them. I felt seen and valued, by being asked the right questions, being told engaging things and being invited to try and see the products in action. i would come back to shop here just from this experience, truly an asset to not just this shop, but Lush as a company - you don’t get customer service like this anymore! Thank you!

  I booked for my sister and I to go to the Oxford Street lush spa and it was such an incredible experience. We both had the Fresh Facial and a Book a Bath session and it was so great! The fresh facial done by Kimmi was incredible, based on walking through the Forrest of Dean with chirping birds and whimsy music it was so relaxing. The products and neck and face massage made me feel of fresh and my skin literally glowing 10/10!! Special shout out to Kimmi who was so lovely 💕 The book a bath experience was also lovely, with products laid out for you to use at your own leisure and such a nice way to take a time out. I will definitely coming back and booking this as gifts for other people 🫶🏻
