We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us:
Our shop is located on a high street.
Our entrance is step-free.
Our space is cosy, and can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation. There is a step up to one area of the shop, however, staff are happy to bring product down to you on the accessible level. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
Partially wheelchair accessible.
No customer toilet in-store.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

They really went all out and the finale fashion show with the bubble machine was brilliant. The girls really enjoyed making the products and the extras in their party bags were divine. The games and activities were so much really well thought out and engaged all of the kids. Afterwards loads of the kids said it was the best party they’d ever been to! Everything was so well organised, which made it really easy and stress-free for us as parents. The party bags were amazing too and such a lovely way to end the party. It was fantastic value for money, and I’d definitely recommend a Lush party at the Wimbledon store to anyone looking for something a bit different. We really couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

How do I get a free face mask?
You can return 5 pieces of our packaging in exchnage for a fresh facemask. Alternatively, if you don't fancy a facemask that week, each of our plastic packaging is worth 50p off your shop!
Do you do birthday parties?
Yes, at Lush Wimbledon we have two types of birthday parties. Fun and Games and Treat Yourself.
Fun and Games parties, where you not only get to make your own lush product but also get to play games in the store such as funtionary and Knott wrap fashion show.
However we also have Treat yourself parties, which are a full pamper party, along with making your own lush product .

Do you have a click and collect service?
Yes, we do have a click and collect service which is on our Lush website. This is where you can order your products online before 3pm and collect that very same day at your nearest store.
Can we try products in store?
Of course you can! At lush we encourage all of our customers to test the products out in store with a member of staff. This way the staff member is able to show you the most effective ways to use our products.
