Yesterday I went in looking for shower gel and shampoo. I've got sensitive skin and Alex was very helpful with finding what works best for me. She spent a lot of time showing me different products and speaking with me about what I'm looking for. She gave me some small samples to try at home and then to come back and get whichever works best for me. Hopefully they will be good for me so I can go back and get the full sized products. You definitely get a nice Lush smell from being in there. A woman complimented me for smelling nice as soon as I left the shop.

I came in expecting to have a quick look around, but ended up staying over an hour being pampered by Biheshta. She made my visit the absolute highlight of my week, so sweet and friendly, was incredibly helpful, especially since my main concern was my sensitive skin, she took really good care of my friend and I, she understood our skin concerns and offered us so many products to try out, such a lovely experience and will be back to splurge on everything she reccomended me! Thank you for the memorable experience!

I had tumbled into Lush last week because of an anxiety crisis and Alex was kind enough to notice. She brought me water and spoke to me to distract me which helped so much. She was very considerate after finding out I have autism and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time! She gave me the best arm massage and had me see what products I liked while sticking with my tastes and even knew what to avoid!! You are all so lucky to have her and other staff members here! They even helped me find out to give a review when Alex felt too humble clearly haha. I forgot the name of the other staff but I think her name was Ruby? (I’m so so so sorry if it’s not) She was so lovely too!!! It was like a store full of angels, I’m so lucky to have met these beautiful souls. I’m so happy even thinking about it ! The samples were great :) Again thank you so much 💕🫧

I hit the jackpot when it comes to medical problems and I am also a wheelchair user. So, days out shopping are rare. I was at Lush White City 2 weekends ago and had the best experience. I would like to thank Alex for looking after me so well and for her RAOK. Alex is the gold standard for great customer service. Her product knowledge and great advice are invaluable for someone like me who needs to be careful of what gets absorbed through the skin. Thank you, Alex for transforming my day out into something special.

Emily is the kindest, most genuine worker at the store and is honestly just a really good person. I came in just for a few things for my birthday as it was coming up and honestly I was just expecting to walk in, get what I needed and then leave but whilst I was about to pay I had the nicest conversation with Emily and she’s such an outgoing, positive person and when I mentioned how much I liked a certain scent of product they sell and how my birthdays coming she helped me look around for something I’d like and then let me take it home as a gift which is genuinely so sweet and kind to do and I’m so thankful and grateful but this lush store genuinely has the kindest employees I’ve ever met so if you ever wanna get anything you should defo go here .
