I had a really nice time in store thanks to Iksa who kindly offered to do a skincare consultation. Her brilliant knowledge of the products helped me feel confident in her recommendations and I really enjoyed her fun and lighthearted energy. I loved that the experience felt so much like a natural conversation instead of a strict consultation. Thank you Iksa!

I had such a lovely experience at Lush Westfield White City yesterday, all thanks to Alex! 💕✨
From the moment I walked in, she was so warm, friendly and genuinely sweet. She took the time to show me everything I was interested in and was incredibly patient and helpful throughout. I tried so many different products, and Alex was so lovely and encouraging the whole time ,she never made me feel rushed.
She was incredibly knowledgeable about the products and explained everything so naturally, which made it really easy to find things I loved. She even gave me the loveliest hand massage, which was such a nice touch and made the whole experience feel extra special.
Alex made me feel so welcome and genuinely cared for as a customer, and I left feeling really happy with my purchases. Lush is so lucky to have someone as kind, knowledgeable and lovely as Alex on their team!

I just wanted to leave a special mention for Leena at Lush Westfield because she honestly made my experience so lovely. She was incredibly warm, patient and genuine, and never made me feel pressured to buy anything. She actually listened to what I was looking for and gave me really helpful advice.
What stood out to me was how naturally kind and welcoming she was. It didn’t feel like she was just trying to make a sale — she genuinely wanted to help and make sure I was happy with what I chose.
Leena is a real credit to the Westfield team and I really hope her customer service gets recognised by management. It’s not often you come across someone who leaves such a positive impression.

I came in the other day and I’m yet to forget my interaction with Leena and Shiffa, two lovely girls that taught me a lot about their products and helped me get exactly what I needed, at first I was walking around the store not knowing what I was looking for, I was quickly approached by Leena, she felt so sincere and genuine when helping me, a smile on her face and very inviting! I was after some hair care and soaps, she looked at my hair type and immediately knew what I needed for my curls, she tested a spray and it worked so well and made my hair shiny and soft, her interaction throughout was great, she asked me questions about what I currently use but didn’t overload the questions, after I knew I was going to get that spray I asked her if she could show me some soaps, that’s when Shiffa joined to help me with my shopping experience. She showed me a few soaps that I was able to try and I picked the one that she recommended after trying 3 of them, they had patience with me as I am picky and I could tell from their attitude they were more than happy to help. This whole experience for me set a new standard of what customer service should be like anywhere. Genuine interaction, happy to help, questions asked, greeted with a smile, showing me the options and having patience with me. Thank you very much Leena and Shiffa, I’ll be back soon and I hope I get to have my next shopping experience with you two!

I just visited Lush and Alex helped me today. Honestly when I tell you I have never had such a good experience in a store before, it felt like I was talking to a close friend. Even though I know lush like the back of my hand, she helped so so much and showed me a new product which is defo going to be my favourite. I would come back to this store if it just meant that Alex got to serve me again. She’s such a gem with the most stunning smile. I hope this review reaches her because I would like to say the biggest thank you for being such a sweetheart <3 everytime I use the cocktail body lustre, I will be tho along about you :)
