I had such a wonderful experience at Lush in Westfield, thanks to Alex.
She was absolutely amazing with my 3-year-old son, taking the time to show him around five different bath bombs that he wanted to see. She let him put them into the water himself and explained what each one did in a way that kept him completely engaged. She also showed him the bubble bar that you can blow bubbles from, which he absolutely loved.
Alex was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products and was friendly, approachable, smiley, and genuinely happy throughout our visit. She then offered both myself and my son (with my permission) a complimentary hand and arm massage. It was fantastic, and she continued sharing her knowledge about the products without ever making us feel pressured to buy anything.
She made the whole experience feel special, and I left the store feeling really happy. A warm, friendly face like Alex’s is sadly quite rare in London, and she truly made our day. Thank you, Alex, for such outstanding customer service!

This is my local store so I’m always here! The staff are genuinely so attentive & great! There is (or was?) an american girl who worked here before who was so lovely & shayma is so great as well. Many thanks Shayma for the hand massage ;) Their assistance just make the overall shopping experience much better!

I popped into Lush at Westfield on my birthday and had the loveliest experience, all thanks to Cat.
From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Her patience was remarkable; she never rushed me and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for.
What really stood out was her incredible product knowledge and obvious passion for everything Lush offers. She talked me through the options with so much enthusiasm and care, and it was clear she truly loves what she does. With her help, I found the perfect product, and I left feeling thoroughly spoiled.
Cat turned a simple birthday treat into something special. Lush is lucky to have someone so knowledgeable, passionate, and lovely on their team. Thank you, Cat!
