    This Lush store is quite small, which is understandable given its location in the station. As with most Lush products, prices are on the higher side, but one staff member made the visit particularly enjoyable. They took the time to explain the sample return scheme, where returning sample pots earns a small discount, which was useful to know. They also shared some of their personal favourite perfumes and let me try them, helping me discover scents I might not have picked out myself. Their friendly and knowledgeable approach made for a pleasant shopping experience. Thank you for the excellent service.

    popped in to grab some samples as I wanna get a birthday order soon and some stuff for my mum, they provided a good variety for me to try and were so nice. spoke a bit with Ruth and Zaynab about art and they were so sweet and funny. despite it being a smaller shop there’s lots of products! Thankyou very much for your help xx

    I usually describe my visits to Lush as entering Wonderland, always looking to get lost with surprising new experiences. Van-han, helped me navigate the trip down the rabbit hole successfully - and whilst I am still lost, I am happily looking forward to my next visit with her as the ultimate guide :) thank you for the exceptional service and energy
