    I had such a lovely shopping experience at Lush! Esther was absolutely amazing and helped me choose products while recommending a whole haircare routine tailored to my hair. She was super lovely, sweet, upbeat and had such a positive energy about her. You could really tell how knowledgeable and passionate she was about the products, and she made the whole experience feel personal and enjoyable.     When entering I was immediately greeted by two employees, then asked if they could help. I was recommended an amazing conditioner after hearing a funny anicdote about how it smells so great even the male roomate/frieind of the employee uses it. Honestly i wouldn’t have bought it but i was sold - and im so glad i did because it did not disappoint! I wish i could remember her name so she could get some recognition but i was there 7pm ish on monday evening. Thank you 💕
