Our shop is located in a busy train station.
Our entrance is step-free.
Our space is cosy, and can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shop is fully wheelchair accessible.
There is no customer toilet in-store, but accessible facilities are available in the station.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

It was an absolutely terrible experience. I came to the store at night, and the staffs were sooooo busy talking and didn’t even care about us. For real, the cashier didn’t even looked at us while we were paying the money. Yeah don’t go to here, go to the other LUSH store. I thought all the LUSH staff was kind?! Or was it kind of racial discrimination??? How rude😭
*btw, the bath bomb that I bought was just normal, but the service is the worst😏

I was helped by a lovely lady who was incredibly patient with all the empty Lush bottles and pots I was returning, she gave me loads of tips on similar products containing the same ingredients as the empty ones I’d returned. I took note I’ll def add these recommendations to my wishlist to try on another time. I highly recommend this store. Brilliant people I loved the service.

We recently celebrated my daughter’s 7th birthday at Lush Victoria, and it was absolutely perfect. We had 10 children at the party, and every single one of them had an amazing time.
A huge thank you to Benji and Arisa, who were outstanding with the children from the moment we arrived. They were full of energy, so kind and patient, and made sure every child felt included. Most importantly, they made sure my daughter had the most incredible birthday she could ever have wished for.
The games were fantastic, the activities were so much fun, and the party bags were brilliant. Everything was incredibly well organised, making it completely stress-free for us as parents.
The whole experience was a 10/10 from start to finish. I would highly recommend hosting your child’s birthday party here if you’re looking for something unique, fun and memorable.
Thank you so much, Benji and Arisa, for making my daughter’s 7th birthday so special. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better celebration!

Every time I go to this location it’s nothing but smiles and great vibes from the staff. Had a nerdy chat about fragrances with them yesterday and was blanking on this niche fragrance I use that smells like coffee and cigarettes. Follow by kerosene. Enjoy ✌️
