Our shop is located in a busy train station.
Our entrance is step-free.
Our space is cosy, and can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shop is fully wheelchair accessible.
There is no customer toilet in-store, but accessible facilities are available in the station.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

We celebrate my daughter's 5th birthday at Lush and it was so good. My two daughters had a great time playing games and making bath bombs. They especially loved exploring the store with all it's amazing products. The two awesome employees Darcy and Benji were so sweet and helpful throughout. And they were both absolutely amazing with my children 5&7. Also my friend and I really enjoyed our time there. I would highly recommend.

To the baddie whose name begins with a T (not tracy), with the braids and amazing personality. (I’m sorry diva, I absolutely drowned the whole day out when I got lost in the drinks being supplied at the brazilian restaurant) I’m going to be a bit dramatic when I say you’ve changed my life. I immediately ordered sticky dates hair primer. I wanted to get the turmeric latte bar but can only get that in person I’m assuming as couldn’t find it online, but trust.. I will be securing her also. I owe you my first born child lol, but I know how insane children can be so maybe not... I’ll think of something!
And lush don’t play, not sure if your staff get commission or not so if I find out they do, trust I will be back at the victoria branch and buying ANOTHER set from her and her only!

Outstanding customer service from Tracy today!
I walked into Lush this evening with no idea what to buy for a present, and Tracy completely turned my shopping experience around. From the moment she approached me, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right gift.
She took the time to ask a few questions about who I was buying for, talked me through different products, and explained everything without ever making me feel pressured. Her knowledge of the products was brilliant, and her recommendations were spot on.
It’s rare to come across customer service that’s this personal and attentive. Tracy is a real credit to the Lush team, and because of her I’ll definitely be returning. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful shop such an easy and enjoyable experience!
