I think you have single handedly saved my body from chafing in this heat 😭 You were a lovely bunch, and made my evening by having a nice conversation all about past lush products and really it was just nice to have a pleasant conversation!   I had a amazing time and got treated super well harry in the snoopy top was amazing amd showed me everyrhing i wanted ans was so sweet so as a result we boughr lots of things becuase of harrys help and demos he was super helpful

  I walked in to buy a Yoshi Egg bath item, the saleswoman was talking to her friends for ages and would not even turn her head to see that someone wanted to purchase an item. I went to the cashier area and heard some rumblings, a salesman was doing some inventorying underneath the till and he acknowledged me and he was the one who actually helped me with the check out process. So, -5 stars for the saleswoman who ignored me, and +1 star for the stellar salesman, and +1 star for the Yoshi Egg = 3 star service at this particular location.

  La’tina helped me at Lush today, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I have 3C curly hair, and it can be difficult to find products that truly work for my curls. La’tina took the time to walk me through their hair care line and explain which products would be best suited for my hair type and needs. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right products. She even provided samples for me to try at home before making a commitment, which I really appreciated. This was an amazing customer service experience. La’tina went above and beyond to cater to my needs and made me feel valued as a customer. Thank you for making what can often be a frustrating process so enjoyable and personalised!
