  Is it strange to say the Lush at Paddington station is one of my favorite places in London? I always have the best chats with staff and leave having plenty of samples and good vibes. Every trip to London is better for a stop here, even if my wallet leaves a few pounds lighter.

  Unfortunately, the two staff members I encountered at this specific branch (one of them was named Emily) were shockingly rude and condescending over the simplest of matters. Their attitude was completely unprofessional, hostile, and lacking any basic customer service manners. It is incredibly disappointing to be treated so poorly as a paying customer.

  If I could give this experience -10 stars I would! Very sorry in advance to all the lovely Lush employees and amazing staff that make the shopping session a delight. However, the two staff members I dealt with (who became hostile when I asked for their names, but I know one was called "Emily") have: 1. Withheld £40 of my money (they refused to give me a refund over products bought there and then, keeping the products as well). 2. Made my 7-year-old cry in the store. 3. Been grossly rude and condescending to me as a customer over the simplest of matters. As a long-time Lush fan, there are beautiful Lush stores all across London, where people know how to speak and behave. Just keep away from these two individuals!

  I had a delightful shopping experience in this store. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though this branch is quite small, they have a varied collection. I was looking for the Yellow Submarine Bath Bomb, unfortunately they didn’t have it in this store. One of the staff named N’yah was so kind to help me search its availability in another branch. She also gave freebies. I sincerely apologize; this review is very long overdue, having been delayed this past year due to my travels.

  ​I stopped by the store with no intention of buying anything, but the male staff member wearing an Emirates T-shirt (sorry I didn't get your name!) provided amazing customer service. Thanks to him, I ended up having a great time and left with a wonderful purchase! Thank you so much for the fantastic experience and for being so kind and thoughtful toward my child.
