We want everyone to have a comfortable and enjoyable visit to our shop. Here’s what you can expect when you visit us:
Our shop is located on the upper floor of the train station, lifts are available.
Our entrance is step-free.
Our space is cosy, and can get busy at peak times, but our team is always happy to help with navigation. Our team can bring a remote till to you so you can complete your purchase wherever you’re most comfortable.
Our products and testers are dispersed around the shop and are at different heights. Staff are happy to bring products to you for closer look or try out when you're in the shop.
The shop is wheelchair accessible, however, there is limited turning space.
No customer toilet in-store, but accessible facilities are available in the train station.
Assistance and support dogs are always welcome in our shop.
We’re happy to communicate in writing or use gestures if that helps.

I came to this store today and wanted to thank the two staff I met they was friendly and welcoming .They was very knowledgeable about the products .I was having not a very good day and they cheered me up taking the time to talk to me it made me feel happy and meant so much to me will definitely shop here again

It was a real joy popping in today. Aleks is so knowledgable and informative about the products and ingredients, recommending exactly what I need with ease. Makes for a really pleasant shopping experience, I feel like a VIP and I’m excited to go back to try something new. He really gets it and goes above and beyond.

I had a great experience here recently thanks to Teddy. They were knowledgable on the products, friendly, helpful and didn’t overwhelm me, only offering help when I needed it… which, after having to leave the Paddington store as multiple members of staff wouldn’t leave me alone, was refreshing.

The staff are lovely and so welcoming, Faye, Aleks and Megan made me feel like a VIP!! They were so knowledgeable about the products and helped me find the best thing for my skin. Their displays are so beautiful with the flowers too, thank you for your help!! :))
