- COCarissa O2 days ago5.0I can’t thank Candy at Lush enough for the incredible kindness and support she showed my daughter. My daughter has additional needs, and after arriving late for her session, she was understandably distressed and overwhelmed. Candy went completely above and beyond to support her, showing such patience, understanding and genuine compassion. She took the time to listen, adapt to her needs and make sure she felt comfortable, valued and cared for. What could have been a very difficult experience was transformed into a positive one because of Candy’s thoughtfulness and dedication. It’s rare to come across someone who goes so far out of their way to make a difference, and Candy truly did. Her kindness meant so much to both my daughter and me, and I’m incredibly grateful. Thank you, Candy, for making my daughter feel safe, supported and special. You are an absolute credit to Lush! ❤️

She was helpful and very knowledgable about the products and was a delight to speak too. I want to say a special thank you to her as she helped me re-discover Lush and was an inspiration to create a massage treatment using Lush products as I am a massage therapist in York and wanted to included the Lush products in a treatment (Karis inspired) Thank you Karis!

- CMClementine MartinJul 11, 20265.0I booked Lush Cheapside for my daughter’s 8th Birthday party. The manager Karis and staff member Jenna were absolutely amazing with the girls. They made some games for the girls, they were well prepared for the party. The girls had so much fun making soap and other things. I really recommend it for birthday parties, the girls at the end had a goodie bag. The whole experience was a complete success and one of the most stress-free parties I have had planned for my daughter.
