  The store is soo chic and nicely set up. The staff are also soo kind, considerate and the type to go the extra mile for their customers. One member of staff particularly stood out to me, Alle! She soo kindly helped me to replace an item I bought that was opened by some girls standing in front of me😭. She was soo understanding and quick to sort this out for me. This was soo kind of her and she made me feel comfortable asking her for an exchange of the same product that had not been opened. She is such a valuable person to the store and team and I wish her the best🎀🩷!

  I had such a lovely experience at Glossier Covent Garden, thanks especially to Amira D. She was incredibly sweet, patient and genuinely helpful. Amira spent time helping my friend find the right shade of Skin Tint. She carefully applied moisturiser and different shades of the Skin Tint so we could find the perfect match, without making us feel rushed at all. She also kindly gave us some samples to try. I also ended up buying a blush for myself! Such a warm and personalised experience. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend 💕

  I had such a lovely experience in Glossier! I especially want to thank Verónica for being so warm, kind and welcoming. Her friendliness and genuine care really stood out to me. Most of all, thank you for making my day so much brighter and for putting such a big smile on my face. Sometimes a small gesture and a kind person can make such a difference, and Verónica definitely did that for me. I’m leaving with such a happy feeling and a beautiful memory. Thank you so much! ❤️

  Super schöner Store, man konnte jedes Produkt in Ruhe testen und die Mitarbeiterinnen waren total nett, ingesamt ein ganz tolles Erlebnis dort ☺️
