I emailed regarding my recent purchase of the COCO MADEMOISELLE Eau de Parfum Spray 100ml, for which I paid £152.
I have worn this perfume for many years and am very familiar with its fragrance and longevity. Unfortunately, I have noticed that with this particular bottle, the scent appears to disappear almost completely within a couple of minutes of application.
At first, I wondered whether I had simply become accustomed to the fragrance myself. However, I asked both my husband and my sister-in-law to smell it after I had applied it, and neither of them could detect the scent either.
The response I received was very disappointing, telling me to carry a travel size bottle or use the hair perfume for a midday boost.
I wasn’t expecting you to try & up-sale me but for someone to actually assist with the issue I have.
Finally, when a customer has an issue, I really do not think it is acceptable for you to tell me to phone customer support, after my emails to you why are you not calling me as you have my details. This is not customer service!
I will not be purchasing from you again.

I would like to thank the woman who helped me pick out the perfect gift for my bridesmaids, and for the perfect packaging. So grateful. My bridesmaids has never had anything from Chanel so this will be such a wow factor 💕💕💕

Before I entered to the CHANEL shop in Batersea shopping centre, I asked my friend to take some pictures of me that is when the security approached us in rude and intimating manner instead of speaking politely.
Inside the shop, I asked for help choosing a make up shade for my skin tone and for pricing information. Several sales assistants looked at me dismissively and ignored me before one assistant finally decided to help, despite of the shop not being busy, I was the only person in the shop and the CHANEL shop in the Batersea pretty small.
The overall attitude and the body language started from the security guard and the staffs except the one that at end helped me, made me feel unwelcome, judged, and deeply uncomfortable. I left the shop feeling disrespected and truly disappointed by the experience. I expected more from a luxury brand store.
