  They are liars!!!!! I came here to buy a lipstick. Every time I think of Chanel, I immediately think of my favorite lipstick shade. However, because I trusted the sales associate too much, I didn't open the box and check the shade carefully. They gave me a lipstick from the same collection, but it was a different shade. After paying, I was still standing right at the store when I opened the box. I realised that it was not the shade I had asked the sales associate to choose for me. Right after opening the box and seeing that colour, I immediately telling the staff that they had given me the wrong shade, I hadn't even opened the lipstick itself. They then told me that the shade I had originally chosen was out of stock, so I decided to ask for a refund. The Chanel staff member told me that I will receive the refund within 2–3 working days. However, I waited for three weeks and still didn't receive the money. I went back to the store and asked about it. They told me that the receipt for the refund did not show the lipstick from the same collection. At this point, I believe they may have given me the wrong refund receipt and potentially process the refund to another customer’s account by mistake. The way they handled the situation was simply to take my personal information and tell me to go home and wait. Another week has now passed, and I still haven't received any contact from them or any refund. This is not a small amount of money. However, if they truly consider this amount too insignificant to address, they should close down their business soon, as they clearly fail to value their customers or value the products they sell. Tomorrow, I will go back to the store again to resolve this issue, and I will continue updating my experience on Google Reviews. This situation has taken an incredible amount of my time, my feeling and my energy. I am extremely disappointed. It is honestly ridiculous that I have to pay for a product that I never even got to use, and even more ridiculous that the product was returned completely, yet I have been waiting for more than a month for my refund that is still in process! I am extremely disappointed with the way Chanel has handled this entire situation.

  I did click and collect and chose this store. Security guard (big guy) at first was not friendly at all, stares down on me and my husband like peasants and didnt even greet us when we smiled. Waited for almost 5 minutes as staff were busy. When i finally got my item, and left, the security guard suddenly says ‘have a nice day’. (The discrimination) 🧐. Also, my item was supposed to be in an essential, still it was in a box. So no am not satisfied buying in a high end luxury shop like this. In cheaper stores who sells perfume, they treat people like humans not peasants.

  Die Chanel Boutique bot ein wirklich tolles Einkaufserlebnis. Nathalie, die mich bedient hat, hat sich viel Zeit genommen, mich kompetent über die von mir erfragen Produkte beraten und mir auch für weitere Einkäufe aus Deutschland ihre Hilfe angeboten. Die Kollegen waren auch sehr freundlich. Das Geschäft wirkte sehr gut sortiert und ansprechend!

  Had a great experience with Harriet during my 1-hour makeup session! She was so lovely, patient, and really helpful while helping me find a makeup look for my graduation. She really let me explore different styles and helped me see what suited me best. The rest of the team were also super sweet and welcoming. Highly recommend giving them a try!
