What an experience.
Took my daughter and a few of her friends to Lush in Kingston for a 12th birthday party.
What a good choice it was. They all had a good time and it was good to see them being crafty, working together and engaged and that was due to such engaging and staff.
Extra kudos to them for looking after my daughter and the concern they showed when my daughter fainted for no apparent reason. No sense of panic just efficient attention. She came round and continued the party like nothing had happened.
Would well recommend a lush party, especially at Kingston. I think my daughter plans to go back every year. 🤪

amazing experience at lush today. walked into the store just to browse and saw they did a bath bomb making experience for £5 so both me and my friend to do it. with in the minute everything was being set up by the lovey bev. she took us through the process and helped us making our bath bombs. i honestly couldn’t fault bev, she remembered both mine and my friends name throughout the whole experience and talked to us about the history of lush. she was honestly so amazing and defo deserves a bonus!!!

I had such a lovely experience at Lush! I didn’t catch the name of the staff member with the coloured hair who served me, but she truly deserves a raise or some recognition for how amazing she was.
She took the time to help me decide between the massage bar and the Scrubee, explaining everything so patiently and making it so much easier for me to choose. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel so welcome.
We also talked about my favourite scent, and she kindly gave me a sample of it, which I was so grateful for. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really made my day.
Customer service like hers is rare, and she genuinely made my visit memorable. Thank you so much—I’ll definitely be coming back!

visited on 17/07/26 - incredible customer service here! lush usually has great customer service no matter what location, but bev went above and beyond; she let me test out some of the scrubs and some other products they had too, gave me plenty of time to talk and ask for product advice and was genuinely just a ray of sunshine; never once in the conversation did i feel awkward, and i usually struggle with talking to people in public.
the product quality was great too - the shower gel smells absolutely lovely, and the exfoliating scrub i also bought has made my skin both feel and smell amazing. i will definitely be coming back!! :]
