I recently got very into skincare and scented bits and bobs, and found my preferences (chocolatey and spicy!) hard to find elsewhere, and a few weeks ago decided to pop in here. Since then, I’ve been using posh chocolate + cinnamon spiced latte body wash every single day, got a few freebies for my hair and face, and am amazed with the customer service! I wish I got some names from the workers I’ve encountered but they’ve all been lovely. At other branches I often feel a little overwhelmed/bombarded with information, but here all the workers just talk to you like you’re a human. Fantastic people, very friendly and very informative :) Its even made me open to the idea of working here LOL!
