  Theresa was so friendly and welcoming during my visit to the Liverpool store on Saturday 4th July! She explained a skin analysis service to me and I received such a wonderful consultation from her. I really appreciated the time and effort she put into my questions and my skin felt fantastic after!

  I visited the Liverpool store today and was absolutely blown away by the level of customer service I receive in store. From the moment I was asked if I was ok the transaction and level of knowledge that was shared with me was like nothing I have experienced before. My advisor took me upstairs when I asked where my products was, she made lots of recommendations and used personal experiences and personal preferences to me. We then came back downstairs after discussing other products and receiving a sample of something similar to what I was purchasing. To then be walked to the till, and put my transaction through whilst talking to me about the spa facilities in the store. From start to finish this young lady went above and beyond and as I have been a retail Manager for over 20 years I wanted to reach out and say a what a massive attribute this young lady is to your brand. I think her name was Sasha and the only other detail I could give is that she has a young child who is not sleeping in the heat. Just wanted to recognise this lady for what was probably one of my best shopping experiences. Thank you 🙏

  I was gifted a Tangled Hair Upper Body and Head Massage Experience. I visited the Liverpool spa and was very impressed. They explained the treatment, made sure that I was comfortable at all times and couldn't do enough for me! They also let me sit in the relaxation area for a while afterwards which was lovely. What a calming place! I will definitely be back for more treatments.

  Today feeling like a very happy and excited child with a golden ticket to visit Charlie and the chocolate factory. As an adult This was the Lush shop in Liverpool. What a delightful and amazing experience. A HUGE thank you to Tom who gave us such a knowledgable tour of the shop and spa. Tom is such a delightful true sales person, such a credit to Lush going the extra mile to make our visit so rememberable. Erin was also very accommodating in the soap department. What a clean, well stocked shop with amazing staff. Thank you from the Karma Queen. 🙏🏻❤️

  So today I visited the lush Liverpool store on Church Street, I was met as I walked in by an incredibly helpful assistant by the name of Jonathan who helped me with shopping... He asked me loads of questions and listen to what I had to say, and made some really good suggestions and recommendations as to what I should buy.. He also recommended that I should buy a little tin to keep the 'deep sleep' body rub in... I was thoroughly impressed with my visits and left the store feeling like I had just had a personal shopper assist me! Thank you so much, Jonathan ...
