  I had a day out with my mum that I'll remember forever, with this amazing visit to the Lush Spa in Liverpool. We were greeted by Jack who was also my therapist for The Good Hour treatment, and from start to finish he was so kind, professional and friendly. We will definitely be returning. Never once did we feel rushed, everyone was so welcoming and polite. Thank you again Jack :)

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you visit Lush Liverpool, ask for Dennis! 💚✨ He completely transformed our visit into a magical experience for my little boy. From finding the hand in the jelly, to showing him the sushi belt, demonstrating the bath bombs and creating an entire story about a glitter wizard, Dennis had my son absolutely mesmerised. He even let him practise blowing bubbles, encouraging him when it didn’t work straight away, and finished by giving him a handwritten message from the wizard about kindness. 🥹✨ As a teacher, I could see how naturally he encouraged my son’s language and imagination, but as a mum, I just loved watching the magic unfold. Dennis, you were amazing. You created a memory my little boy will genuinely remember for years. Please make sure this man gets the recognition he deserves! 💚

  Did the summer activity group to make your own bath bomb, it's a great activity for kids and excellent value for money. An hour so or activity and extra special memory for kids. Great for birthday parties. My son is 8 and had a wonderful time, lots of fun. We were lucky and we're the only ones there which meant there was a lot of product so we got to make 2 bath bombs each.

  Another great birthday party at Lush Liverpool. My daughter and her friends had a great time thanks to their host Ebony. Love the staff here, always approachable, friendly and professional. Special shout out to Ebony (for the party fun and games), Alex (for giving my eldest daughter and I some great advice on products while we were hanging around watching the party) and also Tasha (I think that was her name) who made us both a stunning cappuccino and hot chocolate while we were waiting. Thanks team, be back again next year 🥳

  I had a fantastic experience at the Lush Liverpool store, and Denys made it even better. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Even though it’s the largest Lush store in the world, he made the experience feel personal and welcoming. Denys went above and beyond with his excellent customer service. He was patient, enthusiastic, and made me feel valued as a customer. His recommendations were spot on, and his positive attitude made my visit memorable. Thank you, Denys, for such outstanding service you are a real credit to the Lush Liverpool team!
