Went in today, Erin helped me make the most gorgeous shower routine ever, including some body scrubs, shower gel, body spray, massage bar etc. She was so sweet, gave me a tour of the spa and was so helpful in showing me all of the gorgeous gourmand products Lush has to offer. Really the kindest most patient soul ever! Will definitely be back to purchase more goodies and ask her for help < 3 if you see this thank you Erin!!

We always love a visit to Lush. But today was especially special as we had the kids with us and Andrea let them have a bath bomb experience - they chose a bath bomb and they got to watch it fizz! She gave us lots of info and made the visit so much fun! She was a ray of sunshine and so positive! The boys had so much fun, thank you!!

Absolutely magical. I got „The Good Hour“ massage treatment. Super relaxing and attentive. I really enjoyed how it was a whole experience—from a bath bomb, explanation of the massage bars and jellies used, and the use of its own sound/music created for the treatment. Really took me out of my head for a while. 11/10

I would like to give a big shout out to Ebony who went above and beyond with her customer service and gave us a tour of the spa. We were in Liverpool on a girlie weekend and so many people have told me I must visit the lush store in Liverpool and we finally made it and wow what a fantastic store! Everyone was so welcoming and so happy to be working there. What a great experience and we are sure to visit again!
